im planning on takin havoc with food is that cool? or is it better by empty stomach then 20min later food
?
 
Havoc is C17AA so it really doesn't matter when or what you take it with as methylating the compund prevents it from breaking down. This is why it places so much stress on the liver.
 
Just as cub stated, taking it with/without food won't affect the absorbtion of the compound due to the C-17 Alpha Alkylation. This prevents destruction of the compound from the first pass effect(or metabolism)of the liver allowing for it to reach the systemic circulation virually intact.

It's really just a personal choice. :)
