I am 6'1 190lbs with less than 9% bodyfat.
I have my diet down pack and have been lifting for over 4 years. I cannot seem to make any progress lately and I have tried mixing up my lifting routine as well. I have also run a Prime stack which resulted in minimal gains.
What are peoples thoughts on a 5-6 week cycle of CEL hdrol with Nolva for pct and support supps during and after cycle?
I know many people will comment on my diet/ training etc but I am very confident that I am eating as much as I possiblly can yet still not gaining muscle mass. It seems whenever I increase the amount I eat it automatically makes me pack on fat instead of any muscle. I am really looking for something to get me through this long plateau and am wondering if Hdrol could do that.
