Havent a clue how to take test& deca cycle properly

I'm starting a test & deca cycle soon I did the same cycle last year for 12 weeks I gained a bit of muscle alright but never took any pct afterward cause couldn't get my hands on it was constantly wrecked afterwards for bout 3 months . I was looking for some feedback off any one who use this cycle before and let me know how to take it from start to finish and proper dosage cause last time i dont even know if i took it properly.I'd appreciate it
