Have a real bind i need some help

im taking prime powerful and anabolic pump along with muscle milk and a multi vitamen
i started to take creatine monhydrate but got horrible cramps no matter how much water i drank and how hard i work out i was wondering wants the best bet for creatine and what else would be recomended to add along with my current supps

im in a real bind im lifting 5 days a week and eating to the best of my ablity and have hit a stand still in my gains
 
you might be overtraining? you might need to switch up your workout routine. Creatine works but its not a mircle i dont think its a big deal if you cant take it. but try different brands or something hope that helps
 
Cramps are usually caused by a shortage of calcium and magnesium. If you are stressed , sick or training hard you can get depleted. Also if you take stimulants of drink lots of coffee this can happen. Take a good calcium, magnesium and Vit D supp and lay off of the other cause factors.

I used to take Cellmas and never had any cramps but I am on controlled labs creatine now and really like it and I haven't had any problems yet
 
I was on the same stack in December. I took Prime and Powerfull and had great results for 2 months. I added Anabolic Pump and noticed I was not gaining and was actually loosing mass. I'd reccomend no Anaboli Pump and taking a basic NOX supplement for Pumps. SonicPump by German American Technologies is a good one. And Xtend always helps me bust through a plateau.

i was taking prime and powerful and was having noticable mass gains each week i couldnt believe it then wen i added ap i hit this stand still in my gains in strength and mass i never thought about it but it was around the same time i started taking ap that this happened

My diet varys on non work out days but on days that i lift or do speed training i Eat
Breakfast:
A baegle
peice of lean Ham
4 eggs
thin slice of cheese

Lunch:
whole grain sourdough
half a chicken breast
non fat mayo
thin slice of cheese

Pre work out meal
Powerbar
nature valley bar

Post work out
Muscle milk

Dinner:
Large tbone or new york
Some kind of pasta
a beer of two

before bed:
muscle milk shake
 
Wow, i could not live off of those foods for long. And the vitamin, toxicty, dehydration factors are all potentials here. Its not horrible per se, but i need to eat fresh fruit and veggies or else i feel like a loaf.
