Day 19- Running 2 bottles of 1-ad /4-ad Rde and just threw in 1 bottle DecaVol. 4-ad offset 1 week after 1-ad. Eating at about 300-400 over maint
I wanted to ask about cardio during a lean bulk on these compounds. I've been natty all my life and its usually hard for me to put on weight (6'6" and VERY lean genetics). I usually do very little cardio during any bulk because I won't grow (and yes... I know its all calories burned vs. eaten= weight) but, with enhanced hormonal support I feel like I may be able to gain muscle and still throw in some extra cardio to turn the burners on a little on BF%.
Do people on cycle find that cardio will hinder growth for guys like me less, or the hinder it the same exact amount as off cycle? May sound like a dumb question but it seems like even at maint cals people gain muscle, and being natty, thats not something I'm used to after noob gains have been acquired.
