I got this from a bodybuilding cookbook I received for christmas, was scared but gave it a shot. Oh crap it was so good even with the cottage cheese, and I hate that stuff. Great pre-bed meal

1 to 1 1/2 Cups 2% Cottage Cheese
1 tbsp Natty PB
2 tbsp Ground Flax seed (optional)
1 scoop chocolate caesin prootein or couple tbsp sugar free nesquik
Splenda to taste

I tried cottage cheese many times many different ways and this is the only way I can eat it. Give it a shot and I guarantee you will love it.

Here's what I got.

1 cup of CC.
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds.
About 2 cups of spinach.
A serving of baby carrots cut down into smaller pieces.
Add some fat free ranch dressing and mix.

Tastes really good to me.

You have to be kidding! I would rather eat it plain then with all that other healthy **** in it. I tried to get the previously posted recipe into my diet but the evil clown smacked it down before I even got off the thread. :(

That's a great recipe...my mom makes 'Spring Salad' which is basically cottage cheese, carrots, celery, olive oil, salt & pepper and I love it!

Sometime I'll crush up some Kashi crackers and throw that in there too. The crunch really adds something to the taste.
