So your dose on everything stayed the same throughout?
whoa looking swole.Invalid Link Removed
Haven't uploaded a progress picture in a while, it's a rest day so I'm not pumped from lifting or anything like that in the photo. I see a difference, personally.

Haha, HI IT does that. You will be lying in bed tonight and still feel it. It is awesome. It is hard, that isn't a sad attempt at all. I used to do 20s on, 40s off and when I started I could barely do 3 cycles before I had to stop. But I hate running.
Thanks, brothers! I'm pretty pleased with the results of the cycle!
Today's Update:
~HIIT: (45m Total)
5m LISS/Walked
30s Jogged
2m LISS/Walked
30s Sprinted
2m LISS/Walked
30s Sprinted
2m LISS/Walked
30s Sprinted (Shins were too pumped to keep during intervals)
32m LISS/Walked
-Pretty sad attempt at HIIT, shin pumps totally killed it, haha. Made the jaw pumps seem like nothing.
-Afterwards my heart rate stayed elevated for a significant amount of time, I had even been sitting for quite a while and my chest was still pounding. In fact, it's still elevated. And it's been an hour.
Flashback to my shin pumps on first cycle :frustrate: and the ph induced thermo effect :firedevil:
I felt like my lower legs were going to explode the last few steps I took at sprinting speed. Definitely not fun! Haha. 2h later, my heart rate is finally not beating out of my chest. Man...
I feel like that walking up stairs .
Hastur tomorrow u going for that 550 lbs dead lift haha?
also how that 11 kt?
This was an awesome log and a total knowledge-bomb. Outstanding progress as well!

**Total Sets: 28 (-5 sets from last time)
**Total Reps: 290 (-19 reps from last time)
~Notes:
-Since I achieved 505lbs last week, I've decided it's time to switch my routine to higher volume entirely. I don't know why, but 4x10x225lbs felt very fatiguing today, the lower reps/heavier weight I did in the past seemed easier by comparison.
It'll be interesting to see how I look post cycle, I've been bloating more recently, I assume it's the 8 weeks of Trest despite Estrogen control. Not a fan, haha.
You achieved a lot on this cycle, you should be proud because I am! .:clap2:
Good luck in PCT! You are going to look :fing02: once you shed some of that water & glycogen you are retaining.
Hey bud, I checked out your cycle layout and see you got Exemestane wks 4-6... Is this because of running trest or cause you've got multiple compounds? Just wanting to get some schooling in...
Not gonna lie, I would have loved to see 2 x 505 this week, but sometimes it is wise to go in a new direction. As GNO said, you have done a lot in a relatively short time. Most people don't make that progress in a year.
Thanks, brother! You already know I really appreciate your support, both on and off AM! GNO might be one on the NICEST people I've ever met, for those who are unaware!
Haha, me too. I might have been able to do it. But once I hit a goal, I have to dial it back and re-evaluate. I could be chasing numbers forever, when I know my top priority should be attaining single digit body fat percentage. I don't know what my body fat percentage is, but I have never had fully visible abs, and it is my main goal. I just took a detour due to pride/ego. I am pleased with my progress though, and I appreciate your support along the way, brother!![]()
Thanks for writing that, but on second though I don't think anyone will believe it. I will just still PayPal the $5 as promised :buttkick:

Having abs isn't everything. No point being lean if you have no muscle. And likewise on the support. You have been a huge help to me.
I would think you are a nice guy if you sent me $5. Haha
Hastur I was waiting for the 1000 lbs dead lift bruh...
for real though u look so lean but you can't see ur abs?? whaaaaaaaaa!
I only accept Bitcoin. Easier to make questionable transactions with.
That's true. And I've been told that before, actually. Sadly it's a bit of an obsession of mine, 12 years of exercising and fighting obesity, it's actually been the one thing I've wanted more than anything else. I suppose it's that whole "You want what you can't have" thing. My subcutaneous fat is beyond stubborn, I'm at the point that I've tried for so long I might just end up getting cryolipolysis like CoolSculpting or a similar non-invasive treatment that kills subcutaneous adipocytes. The thing that sucks is that even when they're empty, they are functioning parts of the endocrine system, so I'm fighting a hormonal battle. Cyrolipolysis would induce adipocyte apoptosis and help restore balance in a way that simply shrinking them cannot do.
But you're dead on about no point in being lean if you have no muscle! Couldn't agree more! And I'm glad I could be a help to you, sir! You're making excellent progress on your cycle, bro!
Ex-obese issues, stubborn fat is extra stubborn.I have limited upper ab visibility, but that's the best I've ever done. For whatever reason part of me look very lean, and others do not. Arms and legs look vascular as hell, but lower chest, lower abdominal area, and love handles are all stubborn. Which is par for the course, as most people would probably say the same areas for themselves.

Ex-fatass here also. I used to be 250lbs but with a ffmi of only 130lbs. I ended up cutting all the way down to 138lbs and I still didn't have very good abs. Lol. My legs and arms had veins popping out everywhere, my chest even looked decently lean but I still had more fat on my lower belly than I'd like. I would have to say the best abs I ever had was when I was at 190lbs, but now my waist is a lot bigger than I'd like. Lol. It's just a never ending cycle of trying to improve. It's funny how you can be 1,000,000x better than you used to be, but still not be content with just maintaining where you're at.
True, having abs is not everything. However, it is a goal I aspire to have as well (ie. sub 10 bf% with abs poppin). Is it a consequence of being vain? Sure, but it is a goal nonetheless. No different than wanting to hit xxx lbs on your squat or deadlift or make a lot of money and be rich or girls wearing a ton of make-up.
Although I was never really obese, I was a chubby kid and had some belly fat that bothered me most of my life. I never really saw a six pack in the mirror until the last few years, in my 30s, so never too late! I would tell myself just to forget about it as genetics would prevent me from getting there.
I now know that is :bsflag::bsflag::bsflag: now. I not only see them but I am in better shape than I was in my 20s and eat even more sweets now lol. Hastur you will hit your goal dude, no doubt!
Hey brother, had a little personal experience today that may help you and something I touched on a bit early in your log. Regarding always heavy deads. The case for backing off on weight for CNS recovery and strength progression was strong with me this morning. I haven't done heavy deads (400+) in a couple months. At least 2, could go back in my log to find the exact date but something like that. In those 2 months I have been steadily working in the 275-315 neighborhood once per week. Today did heavy deads and beat my last pull by 50lbs. 405 last time, 455 today. Just my experience, may not apply to everybody. But I broke through a huge barrier by not taxing myself with heavy, focusing on moderate weight with volume (which also has made great composition improvements)
I admire your honesty here, brother. It's true, our goals are a consequence of being vain to a degree. Lifting over 500lbs, having visible abs, making vast sums of money, girls wearing make up, all excellent points. To be human is to be vain. I'm not ashamed of my goals, I feel that it's better to spend my time and money exercising and supplementing than on other things. I've had friends spend their money and time elsewhere, they got addicted to drugs, or ended up alcoholics. I just want single digit body fat percentage and to feel more confident in my appearance.

Did you try the Unfathomable Ruination yet. Equally as yucky

Good because you should not be!
^^^Indeed the photos are unacceptable...No Olympus Labs tank in the after photo :twak: I think that 1lbs you lost might have been muscle because the lack of suitable workout apparel.
But good Lawd the detail ...I cant believe you got a Conair scale, smh.
I know, I know! Despite the measurements not appearing to have changed drastically, I'm having a harder time fitting into those Olympus Labs tanks, that mere 11lbs is the difference between comfortable and uncomfortable, haha. And I want a nice digital scale, but I work with what I've got.![]()
We need to get you get some new OL shirts, more suitable to your muscular dimensions....
I have no idea what brand if scale is good or not, I was just teasing you about the fact you mentioned the brad at all.

As I've stated before, I have some serious asymmetry I wish to correct:
*Left Thigh: 24in
*Right Thigh: 25in
*Left Calf: 15in
*Right Calf: 16.25in
-Left Calf is 1.25in smaller than Right Calf
-Left Thigh is 1in smaller than Right Thigh
Still attempting to correct these asymmetries with unilateral exercises.

~Notes:
-After all the fluctuations on the scale, I'm actually down 1lbs from the mid-way point of the cycle. So all of my weight gain came on in the first 4 weeks of the cycle, and in the last 4 weeks I lost a pound. But I'm still up 11lbs total from my starting pre-cycle weight of 194lbs.
-For having lost only 1lbs, my measurements are mostly down. I'm not sure if it's a consequence of leaning out, or what. I found this surprising, but I re-measured and the changes are indeed accurate.

The comparison photos are not perfect, which I apologize for, but there is an 11lbs difference between the left photo and the right photo.
Could be the angle, but you look to have gained a lot on your delts. Where there was once bone, looks like meat now. Haha.
And your waist looks smaller. Looks like your sides are pushing on the baggy OL shirt, but in the second photo it looks like a narrower waisted shirt and no bulging.
Shhh, you'll ruin my chances!I don't always weigh in, but when I do, it's CONAIR.
