Great job Hastur! And just one week after 495. I bet you will get 510 next week. I don't care if you are off for a couple days.
Guess I didn't have to worry about your recovery. Beast.
mmmmmmm, dooonuts.
uhhh YEAH! You definitely earned it.
I gotta hit up C-bus for the good stuff.![]()
May I suggest Invalid Link Removed
I have not tried it myself but heard they are as amazing as they look.
I'll have to check it out, I'm not frequently in C-bus for personal reasons, usually work related. But maybe I can convince the guys to pull over the ambulance on a transport and pick up a dozen.![]()
Awesome! I bet that feels great!
Good idea ... donuts saves lives![]()
It shouldn't be a hard sell either, my co-workers are perma-bulking, and they don't even lift.![]()
Lol - some people ask me how I can eat donuts and not be overweight...I lift brah
There is definitely more wiggle room in your diet when you aren't sedentary AF. But for those who spend their night sitting on the couch, watching TV, eating endless snacks... lol
I always laugh when people say "I wish I had your metabolism".
No, my metabolism isn't that great, endomorph body type ...you wish you had the discipline to workout hard ha
People like to pop off at the mouth without thinking. A lot of guys here have put in years of hard work, but instead of seeing that people make excuses like you must have good genetics or a good metabolism. People who never knew me when I was 315lbs think I am just lucky, they missed that 12 year struggle where I lost 151lbs and then tried to slowly add as much muscle as possible while staving off fat gain.
Lol nice!People who haven't lived the life really are clueless. I have been able to raise my metabolism so much that although I used to be fat as ****, I can now maintain sub 10% on 425 carbs, 110 grams of fat, and 250 grams of protein a day. People that don't lift look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them how much I eat. I just think to myself, "That isn't ****, you should see me at the peak of a bulk, I'll be at 600 carbs, 185 grams of fat and 275 grams of protein a day" Is pretty sad when you actually get sick of all the butter and oil you have to consume to keep gaining weight. Lol
I actually did it twice, first time I got ~19k but felt I failed so did it again lol20,000 calories?? Lol. Wow.. that's nuts. Ha. I suppose if you just crammed stuff down your throat I could probably get the in mountain dew, peanut butter and deep fried mac and cheese. Lol
I think the amount of water weight I'd throw on after that many cals would make me look liked a bloated walrus. A veiny bloated walrus.
My next door neighbor had a fish fry with lots of sides and desert. I went, I ate. Weighed myself the following afternoon and was up 5lbs. 2 days later I was down 6 lbs. Pretty sure he salted the fish and the breading prior to cooking and I saw him salt the whole pan after it was cooked. Crazy.

you getting enough taurine? I'm sure you are because I recall you mentioning it earlier but otherwise a bit weird if everything else is in check.
I was just having really bad cramps on my cycle a while ago. I took taurine for a bit and it seemed to help. Since then I've upped the dose on both compounds and stopped taking the taurine, I still get pumps really easy. With just ridiculous stuff too like walking. Lol. My calves feel like they bloat up about 10x their normal size. I love it. Ha. I am kind of curious why the cramps stopped though, especially since I upped the doses.
how much u weight now bro?
I'm still taking in 8g Taurine a day, 5g Potassium and 3g Sodium, about a gallon of water. Really, all that's changed is I'm further into the cycle, and I'm wondering if it's just anabolic induced. I'm talking painful pump/cramping of the quads after minimal work, haha.
That's weird they stopped as you upped the doses and stopped the Taurine. I fear if I did that I'd just fall over from a massive full body cramp.
Yeah.. if your cramps are active, it probably wouldn't be wise. Lol. The only reason I did it was because mine stopped after loading taurine for a bit.
Haha, yeah, probably not going to stop.Glad yours have ceased though! Nothing worse than failing on a light lift due to a cramp. Like I did last week.
209lbs today, 15lbs up from my starting weight!
Sounds about right. This Cajun dude I work with fried hands down the best catfish I've ever had today, lots of salt tho, going to drink at least 2 gallons of water today tho to ensure I don't retain anything more than I already am. It was delicious tho![]()
Nice!
I take it you were net down a lbs right? Not an 11lbs swing in 2 days, that'd be crazy lol
That would be embarassing.. lol. I did f up my back pretty good about 6 weeks ago and just managed to squeeze out an easy 525 deadlift, and 405x5 squat yesterday, then put up an easy 345 bench today. So the cycle has definitely taken a turn for the better. I literally almost stopped it because my blood pressure got so bad, and I was cramping up like crazy, also the lethargy and insomnia was horrible. Suddenly one day they all went away, my energy went through the roof, and my strength sky rocketed.. Unfortunately I'm not much of a scientist so I am clueless as to what happened that changed everything for the better.
I believe anabolic compounds can cause sodium retention, correct? Too much sodium will cause an electrolyte imbalance. Any signs of water retention? How is your blood pressure? any signs of an increase?
Mhmm, that's what I was saying in the SUP3R-2 write up and in the SUP3R-11 write up posts! It's possible, though its taken 6-7 weeks to kick in, and I've stayed steady with my dosages and with my diet/electrolytes. So the timing is strange. But the heat has increased locally, and I probably sweat more, so many tiny variables involved.
Eureka, people do read our write-ups...:kiss:
It's a miracle! lol I keep preaching, I don't care if people remember I said it or not, as long as they have the right information!
Now THAT is an interesting story. I'm very curious as to what caused such a drastic change for you! For most guys, the story doesn't take an abrupt turn for the better, usually the cycle just ends!

I didn't read the S2 write up, but I have heard you mention it.
It could be an aldosterone issue that took time. I would theorize that you started retaining sodium...then as that got out of hand your aldosterone would increase to compensate and cause water retention ...this cycle would go on and take some time to escalate.
Eventually this would cause potassium and calcium dilution. Are you taking 3 g sodium in addition to your dietary intake? Maybe skew sodium down a little and potassium up? Also increase water intake maybe?
I hear that but you deserve full credit for those great write-ups, it would be pretty disappointing if they were not read and appreciated.

Very true. And I appreciate that coming from a man who's write ups I thoroughly enjoy reading.

Not sure who you are referring to here:dunno:
I've just been to busy reading all of his other write ups and trying to actually learn them. Haven't gotten to it yet![]()
Definitely am awesome log bro, and I'm so jealous of ur pct stack just sick.~UPDATE:
-Did my 60m LISS on an empty stomach this morning, as usual. Unknown distance, unknown heart rate. Outside on the gravel driveway.
-Weighed in at 207lbs, up 1lbs from yesterday. So, I'm currently up 13lbs from my starting weight, though it has been fluctuating on a day-to-day basis.
As I've stated before, I have some asymmetry I wish to correct:
*Left Bicep: 14 in {+1}
*Right Bicep: 14 1/4 in {+1 1/4}
-Left Bicep is 0.25in smaller than Right Bicep
Still continuing my attempt to correct this asymmetry by utilizing unilateral exercises at the end of the workout.
06/27/16 - Monday - Chest/Biceps/Forearms
*Skipped Pre-Workout Cardio {Same}
*Barbell Bench Press - 1
(Target: Pectoralis Major, Sternal)

*Dumbbell Concentration Curl - (Returned To)
2x10x25lbs (Unilateral Exercise - Left Arm Only) {+3 reps on first set from last time}
*Skipped Post-Workout Cardio
**Total Exercises: 6 {Same}
**Total Sets: 32 {Same}
**Total Reps: 264 {+3 reps from last time}
~Notes:
-Almost verbatim the EXACT same workout I had last Monday. With this volume I'm finding it difficult to push further, it's very fatiguing and leaves me too pumped to do reps at times.
-Considering I've been consistently utilizing unilateral exercises for my lagging left arm, I'm interested to see on July 1st if I've made any progress in achieving symmetry. My left arm feels stronger, and my right arm felt weaker today. But I think it's like on bench that I'm fatiguing my dominant arm more and that's why.
~Possible Side Effects Update:
-Acne (None)
-Bloating/Water Retention (None)
-Nipple Sensitivity/Estrogenic Side Effects (None)
-Aggression (None, that I am aware of at least)
-Lethargy (None, at least not that I can tell)
-Elevated Mood/Confidence (None, I feel pretty much the same as always)
-Elevated LDL, Lowered HDL (Hard to determine without blood tests)
-Liver Issues (Without bloods, hard to tell, but no methyl's in this cycle, and urine is not dark)
-Hair Loss (Hard to determine, essentially bald as is)
-Body Hair Growth (Hard to determine, already excessively hairy)
-Increased Hunger/Appetite (Minimal)
-Prostate Issues (Minimal, difficulty urinating to a small degree from time to time)
-High Blood Pressure (Yes, above baseline, but not at dangerous levels)
-High Resting Heart Rate (Yes, above baseline, but not at dangerous levels)
-Increased Body Temperature (Yes, most noticeably at night while sleeping, frequent night sweats)
-Suppressed HPTA (Yes, 'visibly')
-Elevated or Suppressed Libido (Suppressed, essentially gone)
-Pumps/Cramps (Yes, in the later weeks of the cycle, to the point where it limited my ability to Squat)
-Anxiety (Yes, this may be unrelated to the cycle, but around week 6 or 7 my anxiety increased substantially, and anecdotally I've been told Trest causes anxiety for some)
I did experience some joint pain/dryness but that was short-lived, and I assume brought on by the 12.5mg Exemestane EOD.
Also, I'm stocking up on products for Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) following this log:

All I'm missing is 'Olympus Labs ORIG1N' and an ArA product and I'd have pretty much every possible angle covered. Usually I run GW (Cardar1ne) and MK-677 (GHar1ne) in PCT, but my supply has run dry.
One last thing, I can't believe this log has almost 500 posts and 14,000 views! It's been quite a journey, and I'm happy with the size I've put on and the PR's I've set. I'll have a cycle summary later this week!
Definitely am awesome log bro, and I'm so jealous of ur pct stack just sick.
