Has anyone used Maca for libido?

I took 3 a day so it was 1500mg
And that must have been my sweet spot, in all fairness bruv I was takeing 2000mg first but 1500mg had the same effect, it did the job for me, i sometimes had that Achey feeling in the morning at 1500mg
Not sure i don’t think you can od on it pretty sure it’s not toxic but not to be quoted on that I used British supplements

I feel it does help with energy and endurance. I take at 7pm train at 8 and doesn’t effect sleep. Unless you call wood through out the night a problem.

I don’t know about you, but I always have a better lifting experience when I am horny. I actually make it a point to not have any sort of orgasm if I plan on lifting later the same morning or day. I kind of lose my edge and may find myself just going back to bed otherwise.

Makes nuts plump... buy some reputable bulk maca and use 5g 2x daily. The nut plumpage leads to some vibes you can translate into poundtown. Was always my take on the powdered potato root or whatever it is - I dig it. Haven't used in years tho, kinda want some now...
