Looks a lot like M-test just with Pine Bark instead of Shilajit.
Will need to supplement copper with that high of zinc.
I'd keep this in mind, especially if you are taking anything else with Zinc (multi, ZMA or other sleep products may contain it, etc.). Not really a fan of Zinc being in things because it may add up quick.
Which extract do you use in your supps? Whats the optimal dose?
I don't know the extract they are using in their newest product off the top of my head, but they use one that is standardized for similar constituents as in some of the studies showing benefits (namely for eurycomanones, proteins, polysaccharides, glycosaponins, maybe something else).
