Propionyl-L-Carnitine. Workouts will be 3 days on one off, of at least 10 super sets per day. There will be one 90 second rest in the middle of the workout.

Kettle bell Press to failure/Barbell Row to failure
done 5 times then 90 seconds rest and repeat 5 more times
