Has ANYONE Recovered Their HPTA?

Thank you Engival,

Has anyone gone to him about this?

Freind just found dr from university of Penn and has gone to shippen before and this endo never even heard of him. I will get his name and number. He deals with armour thyroid and is an endocronologist. My freind was shocked that he did not look at lab results and just listen to him and then ok let me see labs. He Testostorone was 318 he was given varaety of blood test right there on the spot and only cost him 35 bucks plus he got a script for testosterone 100 mgs a week and retest every 3-4 weeks. Dr said by december you should be good as new. This dr also had a freind that was an imminologist which is a big help because my freind has the worst case of herpes his dr ever seen and may be reason for low testosterone. He was very pleased. My freind called the dr and one week later he had an appoitment.. Amazing it took me over 3 years to find a dr and i found his in 15 minutes FUKN A...

hardasnails i didn't understand you here ". My freind was shocked that he did not look at lab results and just listen to him and then ok let me see labs." what was this in reference to? Was this about Dr. Shippen?

So i got my blood test results back today, and the results were rather shocking..i could only convince the doctor to do a total testosterone test and a DHEA-S test because he said the other tests were 'unneccesary'...obviously he is misinformed.

DHEA-S: 565 Range: 492 being the Top of the range

Total Test: 804 Range: 280-800

I was shocked! my dhea is way over range AND my test is out of range? how could this be? I have the same symptoms as i did back when my total test was 300..No libido, no energy, some ED..etc.

The doctor immediately made me an appt. for an ednocrinologist because he thinks i may have some sort of tumor that is causing my DHEA to rise so high.

My thoughts are that maybe i feel this way because my DHEA is so high and most of it is converting into estrogen and i suspect that my total E or E2 levels are really high. Thoughts?? I'm going to order an E2 test just to be sure, but im sure the endo will do a complete hormone profile anyway.

Anyone have any thoughts as to why my levels are both out of range? I assumed my DHEA would be really low from frying my adrenals with all of the ephedrine and caffeine..

Has anyone seen a case like this with someone taking years to rebound back from AAS use and then all of a sudden their numbers are skyrocketed?

thanks in advance for any feedback.

My situation is so similar to everyone here. Mine got messed up when I messed with the new "designer progestins" like M-1P and Methoxy-TRN and Finigenex Magnam. I am now on TRT and I am feeling a little better, but nothing like I was before I started messing with steroids (they are not prohormones, they are steroids). I was shut down for a year before I decided to make the jump to TRT. I noticed that I got a Varicocele after taking the progestins and I never recovered. I tried Clomid, Toremifene, 6-OXO and just about every herbal test booster out there to recover, but to no avail. I am pretty sure my progesterone is high, but Endos are dumb for the most part and will not test it. I am on 100mgs Test cyp and my test only peaks at 450 and my endo says this is fine, but I dont feel totally fine. I am starting to think I never will.

I had an idea from most that M1T was bad, now you guys confirm it. Funny thing is the local guy offered me a bottle of this stuff for $100. I was like "um no thanks" as I had already read about it.

I am subscribed to this thread. Don't give up guys!

Much Love,

Neoborn

Good call
