Well boys I flew to Phoenix today and hopping on a G6 to fly to Vegas for a buddies birthday weekend!!! I'll post pics and there will be a whole fuking lot of debauchery happening.

Finally got my 500lb squat without wraps in comp the other week! Hopefully one day I'll match your 595 from your football days.

Just got my gyno surgery. Worth all 6 grand, no doubt - healing fast as hell and everything looks totally normal again, for the first time in a long time. My doc must have hands like DaVinci.
 
Hyde those are damn impressive numbers dude for a competition. You'll be sitting 600+ on your back in no time.

Glad the surgery was successful. Do you have before and after pics? I don't ever remember noticing you had bad gyno....

Thanks man. I hit that squat (and my first 300 comp bench, finally) on zero AAS/SARMs, too (as surgery was 4 days after comp and I need balance for now). When I get back on some stuff, in time, things should really get interesting.

I have a really perfectly awful 'before' shot when I was all warm, and bloated, so it really accentuates how awful it could be at times. If I'm cold and drier it really wasn't noticeable because the skin draws it up tight (it's all fatty tissue, after all). They say it takes up to several months for drainage and blood to fully dissipate and everything to draw into final position, but I'm really happy with it for now. Perhaps when it's all healed I'll show it.
 
Did legs with my coach yesterday and it literally put me to sleep. Fst 7 on like everything. Came home couldn't walk up the steps sat on the couch and woke up 2 hours later. Felt like the ultimate warrior put me in a sleep hold.

You wanna hear a said story? Got under the safety squat bar beltless wednesday (1wk post-surgery) and 10 days post meet and just did 10-rep sets to keep the weight low and test my chest out. After all my dynamic warmup did 65, 115, 155, 205, 245x10, 295x5, and one more 205x10. Did 2 sets of bodyweight hypers and I was absolutely dead. Went back today to do the same on sumo and I can seriously barely hobble now (legs were still very sore from Wednesday). No other leg volume; that's all it took.
 
Yeah sorry bro weekend was crazy and I got tattooed on Friday so couldn't anyway. I was all the way out in bosque farms too. I'll be back next month though homie

Coach changed my routine and increased my cals to 5100 on workout days. Need to develop some back thickness and upper-body size in general.

Coach said legs look great. He said I have some really good separation, thickness, and size especially for a tall guy.
 
That's great about your legs though. Those will make or break a competitor.
 
5100 a day is a norm when I am bulking but my feeding is like filling a void, You can do it! You should be excited to eat that much! Hooray food, except dat cost doe....

Fml.... It's brutally hard for me to stay committed to it. Some days I say fuk it and have 4 pop tarts instead of 4 cups of rice.

With my chrons it's tough when my stomach starts acting up. Sometimes if I need to get to my calorie goals and it's late in the day I'll add a couple tablespoons of evoo to a shake.

But, im pretty strict 80% of the time.

Lucky for me I'm retarded and just began a cyclical keto (which has a carb up day 1/wk) so I might only get it once every week or two, but something's better than nothing. I'm a lot fatter than you though and need to atone for my sins lol

Sorry for the lack of updates fellas. I've got a lot going on in my life right now....

I quit my job and I'm going to start doing what I've always wanted to do in becoming an entrepreneur. I took a nice severance package and I've decided I'm never going to work for someone again. (Crossing my fingers anyways)

I've been of everything for about 3 weeks now and into pct. I'm going to let my body rest for a few more this before I start preparing for the April 11th show here in Colorado....

I had to push my November show back because I have a colonoscopy scheduled October 29th. Fuk me right? My weight is sitting between 223-227 currently and I'm still in the gym 4/5 day a week consistently.

Yeah man, but they want to see how my inflammation and scarring is in my colon. About a year ago they told me there was a chance I would need a colostomy bag if the Medicine didn't make a big difference. So this is to check my progress and see if my medication needs increased to weekly or what.
