Want your guys' input on this cycle with protocol measures. Please give as much input:

Oral Turinabol (30/30/30/40/40/40) each day, run for 6 weeks
Test E (500mg/week) bi-weekly injections, run for 10 weeks
Proviron (25mg/day), run for 12 weeks
HCG (mid-cycle at 500iu for 7-10 days, between cycle and PCT for 500iu 7-10 days)
*Arimidex on hand at first signs of GYNO, fat deposits.

PCT
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Supplementation
Life Cycle two weeks before cycle, stop at last test E injection
Liv. 52 throughout cycle
BCAA (pre and post workout)
Animal Pump (8 week cycle, incorporated into PCT)
Multi-V'
Whey Protein with Glutamine
Saw Palmetto
Omega 3/Flax Oil
Post Cycle Anabolic Innovations during PCT

Want your thoughts, this being my first cycle I might be doing overkill but want to stay healthy. A bit worried about what happens to your body after PCT, chemical inbalances. What supplements to stay on, etc? Do you think I could get to 180lb with trying to eat 250-300g protein/day, consuming 3000-4000 calories/day? I'm 5'10", 164lb, 24 years old.
 
It looks great. At your weight you may want to consider a test dose around 400 instead. I'd estimate that with a good bulking diet and workout scheme you should put on around 25lbs and end up with 17 or so after pct which would put you at 181lbs. Obviously nothing is set in stone, but its a good goal. I also recommend staying closer to 4000 cal/day or more, your gains will depend on your diet. I being a hardgainer (ectomorph) myself know that it is hard to consume enough cals, but you can do it man
 
Thanks bro. Ectomorphism sucks!! I like having good abs but seem to lose strength fast if I miss a workout. I hope not to get a lot of sides. Hey, would you recommend me taking anything after Nolvadex once my PCT is done? Also, do people take a natural testosterone booster after a cycle similar to mine? I hope taking HCG mid cycle and in between cycle and PCT is most effective at getting the boys up again!
