Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger - Epi/Formex Cycle

New Meal Plan!

Well after a lot of thought on my goals for this, I've decided to do a super clean diet for the next 6 weeks through PCT. I pretty much got the idea from M16 and changed it a little here and there to get more calories than what he had. Here goes:

Meal 1:
40g protein shake + 5g leucine
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop greens powder
2 liver tabs

Meal 2:
1/4 cup quinoa
2 cups broccoli
8 oz chicken
1.5 cups yams

Meal 3:
1/4 cup quinoa
2 cups broccoli
8 oz chicken
1.5 cups yams

Meal 4:
40g protein shake + 5g leucine
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop greens powder
2 liver tabs

Meal 5:
4 eggs
2 cups broccoli
4oz 95% lean ground beef
2 liver tabs

Meal 6:
40g protein shake + 5g leucine
1tbsp coconut oil

Workout Days

On workout days I'll be having 15g BCAA, 400mg 20% banaba and 200mg Na-RALA intraworkout. My PWO shake will consist of:

60g carbs
50g hydro whey
15g leucine

This should be about 2450 calories at 20:40:40 fat: pro: carb on non lifting days and 3000 calories at 18:41:41 on lifting days.

Would this be too low for a PH cycle?

*Still went up easy and might have been able to hit 250x3 if I hadn't already done two max effort sets.

Seated Shrug

Sprints
50-60m sprints
10 sets
Jog back with 10sec rest between each

Epi/Formex

Well, after my workout I was pretty convinced Epi is kicked in by now. I didn't want to stop working out. Set after set, each felt great. So far so good.
 
4/19 - Off/Bodyfat testing

Well today was the perfect day to take off of working out, its crappy out today. Found a place that does hydrostatic bodyfat testing. I ate a shake about an hour before but the results are still ok for me. Anyways my results are as follows:

Weight: 214
Lean Body Mass: 180.1 lbs
Body Fat: 33.9 lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 15.9%

I'm going back in 2-3 months to get it checked again after I cut a little bit of fat. Hopefully I can hit 10% by July 1st.

I'll put some better pics up later, just the best I could do by myself at the moment. Keep in mind, I'm almost 20lbs heavier in the second pic than I was in the first.
