Anyone have any experience with their ship times?

Website says "We ship extremely fast"..... but I ordered on Sunday and I have not got a confirmation email, but they charged my credit card.

So.... 5 days later now.... no tracking number,
 
Monday was a holiday. Give it a day or two more. Usually doesn't take more than a week. I think I got letro for my rats in 5 business days
 
I can only add to what others have said, about a week turn around time. I ordered some extra stuff on Monday and I was emailed the shipping confirmation this morning with a tenative delivery date of next Monday.
 
Thanks for the replies. I got an email though on Friday night saying it was going to be sent.

Not to sound like a douche....... "24 hour" insanely fast shipping it is not.

I dont mind stuff being a little behind, as I'm not stupid enought to start a cycle without everything I need.
Communication would be nice though. Maybe an email saying my order is being shipped greater than 24hrs from the first business day so I'm not wondering if they lost my order.
