Hardcore diet is killing me!!!

serious thou, why do you have a binge day when bulking? Isn't that just inviting a backup alarm, lol I mean extra junk in tha trunk? Is it because you eat properly all week bulking and still crave the nono's? Like a treat :-)

Whats a craving? I think you may need to seek professional help, theres something totally wrong with you... That gave me a giggle tee hee. idk thou man, like I was so serious, my bulking has consisted of milkshakes, ice cream, burger n fries etc. I am only now willing to bulk lean lol. Still, if your getting enough calories and substance to bulk, you should stay full. imo. Ik I could get a powerful craving outta nowhere sometimes but maybe, look at ur diet, now wait, ik ur azz is ripped and prob can cut way betta than me, what I'm saying thou is, could you be eating things that have become stale, boring, bland,tasteless, foul, nasty or feces like? Could you possibly substitute a few things for better tasting food, or just different. I have when cutting, eat the same thing everyday n that made me have mad cravings until i changed things up. maybe its just too clean, ideal, but unrealistic for long term, or more difficult than it has ta be? idk just a thought. hittin back as i type.

Ok heres another method, go to bed sun afternoon. therefore ur not able to crave sun night. Or call it Fatday instead of sunday and carry pics of fat ppl with u everywhere and use a mp3 and make ur own songs about u being a fat bastard and that u will always be fat when u eat on fatday. Or maybe a positive message, such as, hey stupid, if ya don't eat today you will be a lil less fat than u would have been, and that makes u a weiner! lol. I have actually done that stuff..... the songs... i made a bass remix of specil effects and whoomp there it is, under the sea(lil mermaid), katy perry n stuff. Ima nerd, a jock, a dork, a dumbazz, a redneck, a hunter, a politian quality bull****ter, a peacemaker , and a whole host of other people living inside my head... Hi!

4035 clean calories. Clean to me anyways. Post workout meal made it. Now it will make me puke during cardio lol. Workout went great. I'm tired...
 
Hey, you guys wanted to see my crane. This is my 120 ton grove A.T. 280 ft of total boom, 68000 pounds counterweight. 8 out of the 10 wheels pull, diff lockers and transfer case lockers, air over hydraulic suspension, I can lean wit it. All independent suspension. Boom rides in a dolly going down the highway. 44000 of counterweight rides on a truck and trailer. I got billions of pics. lol. Its fun. If ya see, me I could be in any form of shape lol.

Awesome man. Thats just where I ended up. 1500 seems to be my magic number, I have done 1800, 2000, 2200 2500 etc... 1500 I always lose, and fairly fast, and its not to unbearable for me. Just not keto. 1500 keto, and I become a shrivled weak no muscle biatch. Really I totally lost a bunch of size when I tried keto dieting... Just not for me. Balanced diet works best in my bod... Laters.
 
Omg... HIIT well. Went as hard as a guy can on 4 hrs of sleep a day for 2 weeks. Tired as f*k. damn. 1130. up at 315. night. planned to workout at 745, dinner at 830 ta 845. cardio 9 ish. then bed. Hadta wait on my boys to do homework... put me at least a hr behind...oh well.

hm i wonder why u lost so much on keto...were u doing an real ketogenic diet or something like Anabolic diet with refeed days 1-2 days a week?

I did 4 or 5 days then eat. 1500 cals 100 percent protein. Also did wit fats. Didn't matter. ate everything on eat day. idc what they say blah cavemen didn't use wheats or sugar etc. b.s. I've watched Flintstones! In tha know...For real thou, i bet they ate veggies n fruits. aka carbs. I gotta have carbs.

bro ur jus gonna haveta stay at that for a few weeks then go over the results. Yes I think its totally poss. for you to gain strength at 2500. Sounds low but it might not be. experiment yep.
 
after a hr, and almost asleep, they had me start doin all kinds of crap all day. Seriously, I felt like I was gonna die today. My stomach knotted up so bad, I feel its stress related, but damn.... Prob total rest today. I need a get outta hell card....ugh...

Thats really hard to do. When theres work. You work. A day off would hurt nothing, cept I'd rather have tha 300 bucks. I totally feel like shyt. I had dinner, turkey helper and peas n carrots. Around 1450 on the day. Theres also the thing that, that crane is MYcrane. If I'm not working, its not working, even if it had a job scheduled. I am the only one qualified and capable. So if I take a sick day on a day we have a job for my crane, my company loses thousands. There are alot of crane operators, and alot of certified ones too. however alot of certified ones haven't even operated a crane... The certification has become a joke. I was required to prove hrs as a oiler, any and all seat time, etc. They don't do that now. If you can do a lil studying and a gay little course with a few cranes, you can be certified operator. Worthless. Now when you have a lifelon boilermaker get outta a man basket that u had him up at 250 ft, and he says your the smoothest operator he's ever seen, and he tells his bosses, he doesn't wanna go up unless its me taking him, hellz yea.

Will totally sleep on way to crane. feel betta then yesterday. Eating kashi, bout ta haul azz ta crane yard n sleep from there. Stress sucks guys. hopefully I'm still progressing.

Went home, no sleep lol. Had a lil relief thou n now got my 8 yr old, headed to get my 3 yr old girly from daycare, then my 13 yr footballer. den i think i really can take a nap before bench. I get depressed guys, it happens. Things happen n our lives, some are misunderstandings, some r jus fhukups, etc.On top of that are our hormones that fluctuate and can cause unease. Remember, I'm taking gear, using a anti a, but my estrogen levels r bound to be higher then normal, combined with test n tren, ya know. Ima teddy bear 99% of the time, course I have my buttons. Stupid people piss me off at work, in that they are unsafe and or are lazy b1tch5. Jealousy sends me soaring. Crappy drivers, people going slow in the left lane, and the general manhood things. I'm good thou. All will be bent straight. thanks for tha thoughts thou.
 
morning man, make sure you stay focused. Not get distracted and beat up a fellow driver or worker. And jealousy is my weak point to ,but me and my gf of 3 years broke up 1 month ago and last night she was trying to get back together after she has got her little party streak out of the way. Whew, hectic. Got home, no nap, lotta loudness, went got my kids n came home, finally went ta workout around 8, was gonna go to bed after that, but i got more disturbing news so i let the gear take over n my strength was up by a good 5 ta 10 % lol, i'd hit failure, then 5 more. lol. I was sooo pissed. had 1350 cals. today, sick, going thou. at work, n eating n all. hcg tonight n cardio. yeay!

At that amount of calories are you losing muscle? I have about 5 - 10 pounds of pure body fat I want to lose before I start a strong lean bulk. But I also dont want to lose str while losing the fat. So at 1400 - 1500 calories are you losing muscle?

Roid rage, nope. Cheat on me and **** that... talked till 1am. didnt wake up for work. was late and got a 99 in a 75mph ticket. be the first on my record... this is swesome! squats tonight.

hey man idk about you but for me i dont really have alll that much muscle so it seems like i dont lose much at all. btw im at between 1400-1700 a day...except this weekend i messed up because ive just got back to college and welll things are different here so its harder but i am back on my diet now.
