got this on saturday, so this is 4th day. so far haven't noticed any difference in mirror, weight or libido.

not expecting to see dramatic changes, but hopefully some tightening of muscle and judging by profile a boost in libido erection quality.

always nice to be 1st to try/log a new products since there are no preconceived expectations.

5th day

started to get a little bit of achey joints so i upped the fish oil...nothing real bad just enough to know it's working, this is normal reaction for me with arimistane.

so far so good-starting to see some tightening around mid-section....forgot how fast arimistane works...i've got some SNS joint support xt going to add in to help with my old joints.

Good news! Joint Support xt is a staple of mine. Ecspecially throughout the winter season.

day 8
since i've got back to running on a regular basis my arthritis is doing much better but i always have a few bottles of joint support xt on hand....the 3 things i remember from my previous runs of arimistane are it's very effective, it kills my joints and it causes some loss of libido....the joint support will take care of joints and the added ingredients seem to actually be increasing libido--so far so good. (y)

either i wrote that wrong or you misinterpreted it....what i was saying is that the additional ingredients in terminate seem to be improving libido---joint support has no effect on libido, lol.:cool:

no doubt about it--libido is on the rise...i remember the pes erase being very effective for fat loss and tightening of muscles, but it came with a cost..it caused really bad achey joints and a LOSS OF LIBIDO....very impressed with results from terminate so far.

thumbsup to SNS joint support xt for keeping achey joints not so achey!!!

when i look in mirror i can see tightening around mid section, although i think it is so slight that with a shirt on i doubt anyone else would notice--the most notable thing so far is the boost in libido-this is a very pleasant surprise.

joints seem to be holding up pretty well so far.

day 12

last night before bed my neck started hurting and i got a bad headache...got up this morning and neck was still sore but headache was just minor so i dosed 1 terminate and around 2 hours later headache was awful-it was so bad i took one of my norco i have stashed away for emergency's. only dosed the 1 terminate today and going to skip dosing tomorrow-thursday...will try just dosing 1 on friday and see how it goes---this is unfortunate because results were really starting to show.

i haven't dosed terminate since the 1 cap yesterday morning...i'm going to skip dosing today and then try 1cap on fri....

I'm a pie or cookie cake person myself. Regular cake just doesn't sit with me super well. Not sure if it's the texture or what.

i love cool whip on pie---but cake & ICE CREAM is hard to beat!!!!
 
ok, no headache again today-hooray.

my plan is to start back on terminate tomorrow at just 1 cap and see how it goes.

as a side note--this is not to knock the product, it was starting to work really well...
