Hey guys. It's time to put on some size. I've had a few ailments like a bum shoulder and a tweaked back, but I accumulated all my cycle needs and had them on standby for when I get 100%. That time is now. Started on Monday jan4.

Weeks 1-12: test sust 500mg/ week
Weeks 1-10: deca 300mg/ week

Pct clomid 50/25/25 ( subject to change )
Arimidex on standby

I would love a following on this. My goals are to put on 10lbs of clean lean size with a 6pack obviously

Weight currently 186+\-
Height 5'9"+
Bmi around 14

I've done one previous aas cycle when I was younger, probably too young, with great results

Workout: shoulders
Ran 1 mile, stretched my shoulders for a while after
Dumbell press:
35lbs X 15
50lbs X 10
50lbs X 10
50lbs X 8
35lbs X 10
Lateral raises:
10lbs X 10 X 5 with excellent form
Front dumbell raises:
10lbs X 10 X 5 slow good form
Reverse machine flies:
40lbs 10 X 3
Pull ups:
5x5

My shoulder has just started feeling 100% so I stretched a lot like I have been and didn't go too hard.

Checked body fat with the cheap electronic hand thing, said 15%
Weight is 187.0

Unintentional rest day. Stuck at work for the day. Brought plenty of cooked chicken, tuna, oatmeal, yogurt, and water. Legs feel nice from yesterday. Idk when I should start seeing the sust, I know deca will take a while

Those days suck . When I was on desk duty before I got my own car to work in . I used to do push ups in the br and dips off the pole on the wall .

Chest and abs day. I forgot that everyone and their brother does chest day on Monday the gym was packed
Stretched shoulders a lot, warmed up with dumbell Bench
Incline machine:
100lbs X 15 X 4
Super decline sit ups:
16lb med ball 10x4 (did sides too)
Flat bench:
135x15
155x15
185x10
185x6
135x10
Incline dumbells:
50lbs X 10 X 4
Cable flies:
40lbs X 12 X burnt the F out
Leg raises/ knee raises:
10 X felt like I was gonna s**t myself

Weight 189.
Wasent moving around much weight but I got a great pump
2nd deca shot today, did one shot combined sust and deca.
Just made an awesome bison meatloaf.. Then bed

I had done ostarine last month and my skin got a little bad. Fingers crossed but I'm clear as can be right now. Wierd

Agree with bighulk on the excersize order. And also maybe do 1-3 weeks more of pct.

Thanks man. Ive been doing more like hulk said, compounds first. And with the pct I haven't made an exact plan yet. I've got everything on hand, still researching.

Woke up and went to work sick. I guess there's a benefit, I ate real clean all day NP because I couldn't taste anything nose is too clogged. Gonna rest hopefully it passes

Consume some Tea if you can . sleep as much as possible , if you have anything with dairy stay away from it until better it builds phlegm up bad . Feel better soon !

Woke up feeling like sh**. Dragged myself to the doctor no flu or cold, just a virus. Bought a humidifier and layed around until I hated myself. Made it to the gym for arms and I'm happy I did.
Straight barbell preacher:

Forearm/ heavy grip superset hammer curls:

Great pump, got compliments it felt good.
Weight at the dr. Was 192 with shoes. My weight is going up.
Great workout for not being 100%

The past few days have been crazy, haven't had a chance to get on here, I got in some good workouts though. Today I got in some cardio and back, with some extra bis as they are a weak part of my body.

Ran/ walked 2 miles.
(Ran for a song, walked for a song)

Cable rows low:
70lbs X 15
80lbs X 15
90lbs X 12

Lat pull down:
80lbs X 15 X 3

Lawnmower pulls:
50lbs X 10 X 4
Superset 20, 15, 15, 15 leg lifts in between

Back extensions:
10 X 3
Superset curls in between

Finished up with some shrugs I didn't do on shoulder day

Weight was almost 192lbs
My dies has been decent, need to eat more and cleaner as I'm seeing my stomach grow
Pretty much none of my pants fit me right anymore mainly in my thighs

I need to get back into doing pull ups. I used to be religious with them and it showed, I had some shoulder problems and have since stayed away. My shoulders good so I gotta get back on there and stop being a b**ch

Feeling the test. Feeling alpha.. Until a girl in the squat rack next to me was putting up almost the same weight.. It's cool though

Lots and lots of resistance cable flies, assorted weights and heights targeting upper middle and lower chest.
I wanted to finish up with dips but I didn't. Maybe today, haven't figured out what I'm doing yet.
So much energy yesterday an the gym it was glorious. Weight was 190lbs not too sure why I guess I hadn't had much water.

Been busyyyy but been getting daily workouts in. Yesterday I got two in because I had a full day off.
Early chest workout/ late leg workout.
Legs were awesome because I worked out with a kid who's a natural beast.

Weight is 192.
I haven't been eating as much as I should, pretty clean but I should be eating more. I don't want to blow up like a tick
Delt sites hurt bad from the sust. Much worse then the enth from what I remember.
