I get my ground buffalo at the local gourmet grocery store. I haven't seen it at the big chain type grocery stores in a while. The package says, Arizona Buffalo Company, Buckeye, AZ.

Ground Ostrich is good too. It's 97% fat free, tastes like beef, and comes from Intermountain Ostrich Cooperative of Fillmore, UT.

I can only eat so much chicken, turkey, and fish, then I have to get creative.

P.S. If beef is all you can find, you can alwas fry it up seperately, put it in a strainer, then run hot water over it to get out more of the fat.
