Well,

Today is my birthday. The big 31.

I'm happy to report that I'm in better shape now than I've been in a long time, and that is largely due to the information, motivation and support of this forum and the amazing companies represented here.

So I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of AM, and wish everyone here an amazing year ahead.
