stress fracture from lifting...then it broke later that night arm wrestling.. we all were just playing too, not trying but it was so bad it broke clean.

that's my plan for bench press. i want to get a vid of me unracking 1000lbs and as i bring it down, of course my chest will simply rip off anything and everything, and i'll never be able to do flat again. and when questioned as to why i don't do flat anymore"i fucked myself up going for a 1000lbs". :D
