Birthdays should be a special time as everyone should know. It means living another year, another year to grow.
Birthday should be a special time for each to then reflect, on the past and on the present and what the future might expect.
Birthdays should be a special time for Institutional to start anew, setting goals and working to make each and every dream come true

thanks alot fellas, you guys are all a great bunch of dudes. yah the big 29, but thanks to liver tabs i feel 19! nah but seriously im thankful to be healthy and doing my thang, nothing is guarenteed in life, so im trying to live each day to the fullest. and thanks to people like you im learning how to be healthy and happy! and i never thought i would actually one day have internet freinds who i can trust and respect. but i now i do. thanks again for the well wishes.

p.s.- jweave that was a good description of me last night, i hope im not too old for that type of behavior!lol
