So it gives me a nutrition table like 10g of p and 12g of fat per 84g but is this accurate no matter what peice I eat? Some prices are just white with fat, others face from deep pink to white and there is everything in between... What do you think the table is concerning? Is it just an average of it all?


Worried if will screw up my last few weeks of cutting. How do I go about negating the fat inconsistency in meat? Just chop if all up really find and mix around?

Seriously. Any opinion is valued hear as long as its not negative.
 
Maybe they assume you trim the fattiest part off? Can't be that doesn't make sense as they don't say...

So the white edge in this picture for example should be removed?

What about the lighter vs darker parts? Are they the same?
