Hello all. I plan on running a recomp with Halovar and P-stanz. I'm 25 6'0 206 13-14%bf. This will be my third time on Halovar (1st 75/75/75/75 2nd 100/100/100/100) It will be my first with P-Stanz. I never used a SERM before, but with your help would like to get one maybe. I reacted well to OTC PCT (Recycle&InhibitE) I had blood work down before and after and everything was normal. Anyway, here's what i got:
Halovar 100/100/100/100 (I have 3 bottles. Would 6 weeks be better at 100 ed?)
P-Stanz 300/300/300/300/300/300 (Seems to be the popular dose?)

Fat Intake around 55g
Carbs 100-125g. Off days around 50-75g

My diet will consist of lean meats (mainly chicken breast), egg whites, oats, brown rice, veggies, nuts, and fiber.
Please give me your thoughts and opinions. Thanks guys!
