Halotestin...

Hey guys,

I'm an athlete looking to increase my strength as much as possible, I have been training for a few years now and am 21 years old (done growing). I heard some stuff about Halotestin being great at raising strength and agression and am interested in running it alone for a cycle (although I heard it is liver toxic, I'm willing to risk it). I know it would be a 4 week cycle, of probably 20mg per day, I am just curious about what kind of gains I could expect, whether they will stay, and whether PCT would help keep gains more. I know with Halo that I shouldn't need PCT normally, but I am trying to keep as much of the gains as possible.

at 20 mg per day you will probably not supress hpta...you are correct....but you probably wont gain any muscle either....so you wont have to worry about retaining anything....at this dose your going to have some great workouts and increased aggression...but i dont you will make ANY gains if used alone....even at say 40mgs...gains would be minimal...i wouldnt expect more than 5lbs or so...

Are you talking 5lbs in mass or strength? Like I said, I'm an athlete and want to try and gain as much strength as I can without having to put on a whole bunch of weight. So even at 30-40mg a day, you don't think I would see much gains in strength by running Halo on its own?

note your original question....i am talking five lbs of mass

as i stated earlier...you will have great workouts....probably make awesome strength gains....but you asked about size....you wont make great size gains...and usually these compunds that make you gain strenght without a corresponding size gain dont give you lasting strenght gains after you stop taking....ie...when you get off you will lose any strenght gains you made...
 
bodybuilders usually gauge "gains" in terms of size.

halotestin should make you strong as a pack mule! mooch insinuated weight gain will be minimal
 
OK my bad, I was talking strength gains as opposed to size gains. Is there anything I could do post-cycle to try and keep the strength gains I make during cycle? Or are there any other compounds you would reccomend that would do the same thing for me (lean mass, lots of strength)?
 
halotestin's androgenic rating is off the charts. with that being said almost every steroid will give some sort of strength gains...halo gives much more due to its strength. the more you gain while on the more you'll lose coming off. start training like a power lifter!
 
in my opinion....the only time you are going to keep strenght gains is when there is a weight gain associated with them....im stronger after running test and deca or something where i put on weight....
 
Ok cool, thanks a lot man. I'll definately keep readin up on stuff...not in any real rush right now to get on anything, just starting to really look into it. I appreciate the info!
 
It's real HARD to keep anything from Halo the Hardness or the Strength it's one of my faves but most PL will use it for an upcoming meet and not a strength gaining cycle. bb's will use it pre contest for it's hardening effect. i believe it's also like the 3rd most liver toxic after cheque drops and methyl trenbolone
