whats up everybody this is my first post and i need a little help. I work nights and take an otc sleeping pill in the morning so i can sleep during the day, 2 weeks ago i started on halotest and i havent taken any sleeping pills because of that. But my rest is lacking and i want to be sure its okay to take a sleeping pill while on this. Any input would help.
