Gents, I am 190 lbs and have been lifting for about a year now. I use 100-150gr protein and 25gr L-Glutamine daily. I alternate lifting and Cardio every other day. I recently tried IDS Mass Tabs which I can't find anymore. I gained 16 lbs and increased strength by 1/3 in 30 days. I am now looking at trying HALOTEST-25. I am wondering if I should use cycle support and/or a PCT. Any advice would be appreciated.
