i train mma and was looking to do my first PH cycle. im really new to this and would appreciate anyones help.
im 165 and wouldnt wanna get past 170. i eat clean pure complex carbs, 320 grams of protein per day in 30 gram incliments, take multi vitamin, glutamine, fish oil, glucosomine, kre alkalyn and a pre-work out drink.
lift heavy mon-wed and hit circuits fri and sat.....with 3 hours of mma training 5 days a week.
want to step up performance what kind of PH is recomended?
