Halodrol and endurance

Good afternoon Gents,

Just a quick question on halodrol. I ran it a few times back in college (2009-2010 timeframe). Back then I wasn’t doing any real cardio besides maybe some incline treadmill walking. I always got good results when I ran it though. I have a couple of bottles now that I grabbed before the ban but I’ve been hesitant to use them because of the distance running I have to do for work (most notably a 3 mile run for time).

How does halodrol effect your cardiovascular endurance? Any positives or negatives? I’m thinking back/calf pumps could be a concern but hoping some taurine will alleviate that.

I know the two compounds are quite different but I know when I was on superdrol I couldn’t run for s**t. Felt like I was dying running 1 mile so I’m trying avoid something similar.

If halo is going to hinder this I’ll probably just got with epi-andro/1-andro as I’ve ran these before and may have been a coincidence but I felt like my running improved.

You're looking for some of the benefits halodrol provides. A cut and paste from google.

Improved lactic acid clearing, resulting in improved endurance during workout;
Better oxygen and nutrient delivery offering greater endurance to working muscles;
Improved restoration of muscle glycogen, which allows for faster recovery after workout;

I’m sorry maybe I should clarify.. I’m looking for some anecdotal responses on how halo has effected users’ long distance running. I’m not even concerned about whether or not it will help just moreso if it will hinder distance running

I could go off point here, but, I have felt that most AAS/PH use has hindered aerobic capacity. But - it is worth mentioning - I am more prone to BP issues, which is the cause I believe. I just don't feel like my best, and when I don't, it's difficult to move at your best. Despite the purported increase in RBC. Regardless of any cycle, taking close care to lipids through proper support supplementation and nutritional choices is key so that your body can perform at it's best. Likely already know this, but worth starting with.

I've ran it in the past, but can't contribute in a thoughtful way here... don't remember how my performance felt. But given it's more "mild" nature, I think it would be a good fit. Of all that I've ran, I've felt the best, in terms of pure endurance, on the now banned P-Bold (know there's been a variety of products here). Either that, of CEL's D-Plex (or The1 by Olympus Labs)... Methyl-DHT. Been looking for Methyl-DHT for years now. Best performance gain I've had by far, and would looooooove to find it again, somehow.

You might want to look into adding something like gw 501516 into the mix it would stack perfectly with hdrol and will add to aerobic capacity.

Anecdotally..great for endurance. Was using halodrol during selection for UK reserve forces infantry,and really helped my cardio,even at 225lbs. Cardarine with it would be the dream double act.

I was doing a lot of bjj and MMA some years back when I first took the step over to AAS. Halodrol 100mg for 6 weeks. It was horrible for fighting. Sure I got strong, but the pumps were too much. It destroyed my endurance.

Thanks for all the replies.. Seems there are mixed opinions on this. I think I’ll just hold off for now.

Side note: I have been taking Cardarine for about a month now and am starting to worry about its’ legitimacy because I have not seen any (maybe very little) improvements to my endurance

I think the East Germans used to dope their endurance athletes with Tbol. Might be worth looking into.
