BigCasino, I'm not sure who you are talking to, but I don't weigh 140lbs and I do eat like a horse and do have my routine down. I have been working out strong for nearly 5 years and weigh 195lbs. I recently starting cycling supplements other than protein and creatine only after lifting for 4 years with nothing else. Before you go pissing people off, maybe you should read all the threads.
