I might have to pct first not sure how my lipids are . But i do have an appointment for full bloods plus liver values and hormonal. 6 tubes of blood needed . If all is well then yes i might.

Nothing in front , totally muscle tight ness i had the wife separate the muscles a little went away after an hour . Bp holding steady 145/70 heart beats per minute was 106bpm after my light stretching now resting since 10:03 sitting at 86bpm

Systolic is high. At least Diastolic is good. Looks like you need more cardio big guy. 86 bpm is a little high. Are these average readings for you?

Well i had 2 scoops of craze v2 around 915 . Usually my resting bpm is 80-90 normal bp is 130/60. Im at an hr of cardio 4x a week. Maybe up to 6x a week see how that goes ?

4 hours is a plenty if you're getting the results you want. 86 isn't terrible. Just depends on age and size. Would be out of shape for some and good for others. Just curious. BP was probably from the pwo. I use pwo's sparingly now compared to in the past due to BP spikes. I consume too much caffeine through the day as well and it spikes my diastolic pressure quite a bit.

Is there any way around these spikes or ways to lower the bp related issues . Iam on 2 diff cycle supps and a long list of herbs . ...
 
Stimulants always raise BP to a degree even if taking supplements to control it. No way around it other than avoiding them. I prefer no pwo's on cycle due already raised BP and decreased cardio from the compounds. I save the pwo for extra energy boost during pct if needed.

My pulse is also always on the higher side...around 80 or so resting.

I need to do more cardio as well.

Not necessarily. Normal resting heart rate for the average adult is 60-100. Well trained athletes can be as low as 40. Mine is 60-65 but I do very little cardio. I lift a lot and am in good shape but would not consider myself on par with a well-trained athlete. That's just my natural rate. 80's could be very natural and healthy for you pre-cluding any health conditions.

True. My diet is on point...meals measured and prepped.

27 years old, 5'8, 212, ~14% BF.

Lifestyle is a bit stressful...Jr. Account Executive at a software company...pretty demanding.

I am, however, prone to anxiety regardless of my current lifestyle...that definitely plays a role in my elevated heart rate.

only 6, lol....I have had as many as 12 vials!!!

I like old school...take a dumbbell and tie a piece of rope to it, tie a 10lb weight to the other end, long enough so it reaches the ground...while watching tv turn it up and down. good for forearms!!!

Yup iam actually going Thursday morning. So i hope to have the results b4 Monday. Thanks thebigt that means alot ! TREST AND HALO is by far the most intense oral cycle ive done as a combo stack . Sdrol or msten would take the cake as a solo run .

Wow no bs my uncles were in NAM they have a broom stick with a hole in it and a rope with a 10 lb plate haha no shyt man ...
Insane ill have to add that to the arsenal of homemade contraptions.

looks like you have done what you can as far as precautions go, I guess the rest is up to how resilient your body is...if results come back high take some time off, time should get things back to normal. yup-the old superdrol was a liver killer for sure, but most of the people I know recovered over time.

Absolutely, i have pct lined up just incase.
But my bp is under ****rol and hear rate and mental health in line . The blood test will definitely tell us a story im excited to see !!!! I will b posting the picture up here instead of just typing it out.

Well last night i drank a double protein shake today all my nerve pains gone. Feeling good as f . Today I'm doing they arms and legs isolation till failure so basically upper body lower body push power pole till failure and then some negative reps on top of that for that massive pump. Hope everybody has a good day pretty sure tomorrow is Veterans Day.
 
Well I got my controls lab samples in the mail but must say the Rapids is pretty good, I'm noticing a lot of growth in my upper back my shoulders my biceps my triceps, my midsection is still struggling a little bit but with weighted sit ups I think I can tone that out and 4 weeks. Feeling a big increase in strength overall especially during sex. I've noticed my bench presses have become light as a feather before my warm up at 250 pounds focusing on making 3:15 to 3:20 my warm up weight. 4 weeks left on Halo just under seven weeks left on trest. I'm wondering when the halo is done should I toss something else in with the trest? Any suggestions would be wonderful thank you guys and gals have a wonderful Veterans Day god bless you all thanks again.
 
Trest + Halo sounds like an awesome combo...

I'm likely running trest ace and epistane this spring. Halo in there would be nice too, but I might just add mast and/or EQ instead instead of stacking methyls.

Me and eq just dont get along haha ... but test prop and tren ace were best buddyS :)
 
So todays chest ! I did 195 for 20 250 for 8 and 305 for 2 .... going to focus on getting to 405 for Christmas! I feel amazing OL trest from phwsupplements has me insane in a good way !also halo is helping with strength. Going to focus the rest of work-out in 195 for max reps maybe 2 sets of 25 building size and strength same time!

I'm running the same stack just at 75mg, on week 4 now. I'm up 13lbs as of this morning. I'm having amazing strength gains as well!

Had to rest today !!!!chest and shoulders so sore i cant even itch my balls . Measured biceps today 18.75 inches . Going for 23.5 i have 6 weeks left on trest .
Really debating tossing reaper dna by excel sports on top of that. Not sure yet . I hear running trest solo is fine, but you guys know me i have to have the cake and eat it too !
 
back in the day when I used to run og h-drol it made my libido skyrocket more than almost any other ph, how is todays halodrol in that department?

MY wife tells me she loves me a ton more ! It makes me get stiff quick and stay stiff even after we finish.. Going on week 5 now 1 week left... im gonna miss it 4 sure. I was hoping to add something else to the trest. I have thr reaper dna, and some expired sdrol. I ran halo at 200 a day for the last 3 weeks. I must say it helps me get motivated . Im hoping to run something alongside trest then pct for Christmas until after new year. Ive been sober n clean for over 10 yrs now . So no drinking at all !

I suggest you not push your luck, adding in sdrol now without taking time off would really be pushing your luck...just my opinion, but looking out for you!!!!

Yes thats why iam great full to have u !!! .
Definitely not the sdrol its mr supps lol.
Maybe just finished up the trest and pct .
I could get old school helladrol as well dont know if that would be equivalent to halofire suspension by aar taht iam using now.
