Halodrol 100mgs a day oral suspension

oh that's not our new product lol ... the new product at phwsupplements .com is something I can stack right on top of this , what iam referring to is an old school 3ph combo . but back to phwsupps come on over and check out the site lots and lots of new stuff up and ready to go some things up now no one else carries pm me for details .
 
I'm trying for 6-9% each week. The rest time has been crazy low. I'm going to have to increase it a bit if I increase the weight.

I was doing 4 days a week 10% 3 days off
Now its 6 days on isolation opposite groups 1 solid day off. 4200 cals 350 protein 350 carbs 125 fats

I think I'm going to start gvt since I'm having to go from 6 days a week to 3-4.

Woke this morning and had a great session with the wife first . Couldn't eat enough food for breakfast half lb sausage and 10 eggs still hungry. Going for 45 mind cardio liss style . Full leg isolation today im stoked to get quad and ham pumps my fav !!!!

ive noticed that the harder i work out the more energy i have later in in the day , not something iam used to since i work long hours and deal with the kids all day ... loving halo

right I'm right over 2 weeks with the halo and Trest, I'm loving it. Can't wait to throw something else in!
 
No pwo today. 100 mg trest 150 halo glucosamine chondriotion 3 caps 5000 iu vitamin d 5 fish oil 6000mgs .
645 mg caffeine. Workout started out slow
But picked up quick 90lbs single leg curls and extensions til failure. One leg dumbbell lunges til failure. Slow squats til failure light weight hi reps . trest contributed generally to my over all endurance and libido for the day . Lovin it !!

So today was leg day again ... i didnt killem dead yesterday. Today i sure did . Tomorrow total back isolation. Trest is def making me animalistic. ......

Pics at the end ... i went to Walmart and took 2 trest and some halo about 25 to 35 mins before arriving. To assess the effects on my cardiovascular system had insane energy walking around the store. All i kept doing was thinking about how i could lift everything. Fun time , family day just relaxing .. watched everest today wat a trip !!! Tomorrow back isolation day . Also upping carbs and cals this week . Time to switch to max volume working out !
 
5 weeks into this ive changed so much off so little . Just working isolation groups now for the remainder of this cycle . Most likely a bridge into either test prop and eq or another round of trest oral adding in trest td . Other options include which i still have are bsl a1m bought in 2014 bsl dmz2 also bought in 2014 both have lot and batch # . Have some XCEL DNA's on hand . Dbol 50mgs blue hearts . Some puffer fish powder. Let me know what you guys think and stay tuned for b4 and after pics at the end.
 
Aren't you already taking this 8 weeker to 10 weeks? I would pct and then set out another plan of attack for dem gainz. Plus that'll give your receptors some time off

Yes i figured id end it with osta and dymethazine if all else fails. For the most part I am ready to finish this up !!!

Leave off on the methyls at 8 weeks. Continue with Trest for a total of 12 weeks max. Trest is plenty for lean gains. Then give your body a break for once.

absolutely , I have my pct all set up and iam going to use up my pro complex by ON and 100%gold standard Whey . I have enough clomi to go for 8 weeks . I was thinking about running some ALA and Chromium pico alongside my pct . I definitely gained a ton of solid mass and leaned out ...
Any good pct support supps to keep the weight off and hormones level ?

Yea , those look great . Its too bad ostarine is suppressive. I would definitely throw that on top . Im thinking about anti catabolic powders . Maybe glutamine and a huge dose of bcaas.

Today is definitely a rest day , enjoying my couch for a change . Later on its forearms calfs and abs . Giving universal nutrition a call soon !
 
Holy balls today my knees both hurt on the bottom of the knee caps . Yesterday i was running around with the kids playing army in the house and boom today its like i got clipped by a golf cart.
Anyways ill be fine , got my coffee . Dropping trest down to 1 every 4 hrs last night i had some weird blood pressure issues and right arm numbed up . It kinda felt like my blood was too thick . Maybe ill throw in some E C A today ... either way i need some kind of fix here . Taking 8 trest a day was probably not a good idea . Back down to 4 for now as for the halo i have 1 full bottle left and iam seriously debating on saving it or using it. Gains are steady sleep is great strength is exploding. More than anything ive learned that halo is too mild for me to enjoy past that one or two day ON feeling. I like to feel on thru the whole cycle like when i shoot test in my as with a dbol kicker haha .... cant have my cake and eat it to i guess .... open for suggestions guys !!!!!!!!
