Halo/pp Cycle

Well so far so good. Have been on for 5 days I started out at 254 weighed in this morning 258. I am of course doing the one a day with the Halo (which is from the new batch) and am running pp 20/20/20/20 and will hit tamox at the end 40/20/20/10. The only thing really obvious that I have noticed so far besides the weight gain is the constant pump I am getting. I worked out on day one and two but was still early on to really tell anything. I am really looking forward to hitting legs tonight.

My goal really is to lean out for the summer....I just want to peel off some bf and switch up from bulking and powerlifitng. I am really excited for the first time since I started lifting about 11 years ago I am really going to focus on the food intake. I have pretty much always used the shotgun approach. I have never really detailed my diet. I did a few years back drop down from 250 to 195 in a period of a few months but the only thing I did was cut my calories way back. I really went about it all wrong and lost more muscle than I needed to. I did not like being that skinny
(skinny for me) and I got really weak. This time I am going to be eating clean every three hours and taking in proper amounts of protein etc...also will be doing some cardio 3 times a week.. I think adding cardio and cutting out fast food for lunch everyday alone will make a huge difference. Will keep you guys posted as much as I can, only access to the web is at work...
 
Good luck man with your cycle. My only advice to you, is to make sure you keep your cals up during PCT. Dont worry if you gain a little bit of weight. The biggest thing during this time is to make sure you keep as much of the newly acquired muscle as possible.
 
Thanks....Yeah Im not really worried about my weight or gaining as long as its a lean gain..Really I am eating just about as many calories as I was Its just this time it is all coming from healthy sources.

I am pissed b/c I was unable to work out last night..Oh well I guess it will make tonights workout even better. Am anxious to see how my bench goes. Will hit my legs on Wednesday to make up for missing yesterday.

Man I weighed in this morning at 259.5! Thats 1.5 up from yesterday! This stuff is definatly working. 6 days in and I am already way more impressed than I was with SD. I did a cycle of sd/pp a while back and did not really gain anything. It was pretty much a waste of hard earned money.
 
Last nights workout went well..Hit 405 on bench for a good solid 6. Not a pr but really good for my first week back in being healthy. Just got over the crude. Had it for a couple of weeks and it had really drained me. Weighed in this morning at 257.5..Down two pounds probably my new found eating habits kicking in and also did some cardio after lifting last night. Did three rounds on the heavy bag and found out what kind of cardio shape I am really in. I almost lost my supper. Felt good though.
 
Today is day 9. Did back and bi's last night had a really good workout. Felt like my shirt was going to rip I was so pumped. Wieghed in this morning @ 257. So far no sides and the only thing that I have really noticed is being tight 24/7 and the extra pump during my workouts. Hopefully stronger results are on the way.
