Halfhuman takes on MDX Follidrex

Hey bro! Late but in!

Im starting my Xfactor/Follidrone/ABE on monday, seems to be treating you well!

Just a question, how should I dose my ALCAR 500 / GlycerGrow/ XFactor? Im guessing its 2g Alcar, 6g GMS, 6 Xfactors.

Do I just take it all pre workout? Or do I split up the ALCAR dosing?

Welcome brotha. Yea the stack is awesome. Loving it.

Alcar I dose 1000mg pre workout and another 500 about 6 hours later. Your dosing is perfect. All pre workout. Just take an extra 500-1000 later on the day pre meal.

Yeah I read 2000mg is good for 1.5g of ArA a day. So i'll just split the dosing up!

ArA best to be taken on an empty stomach right? I have lunch at 1.30, can have a protein shake at 3, and then take ArA at 5.15 with my folli. Is that acceptable?

5:15 be ready for awesomeness lol. I take mine 20min pre.
 
Man, I'm debating on eight weeks finaflex 550 with -(-)epi OR mass 500 with eight weeks of dermaSTRENGTH.

Pre workout(20min empty stomach)- 1 cap Follidrex, 1.5g Ara, 2 scoop conquer, 1 scoop NOxygen, 6g GMS, 81mg aspirin, 3G leucine, 1g Alcar

Intra workout- 10g amino iv, 1 scoop NOxygen

Body part trained- Chest and 1 set of back

Endurance- Not getting any endurance enhancement this whole week. Not able to past 12 rep range.

Strength- Strength has stagnated. Nothing to report here.

Pumps- intense. Never fails

Highlight of the day- Good workout but not on some crack, non stop working out type workout. Did end up to superset a bit of chest.

Do you think just 7 sets on bench is adequete volume for an entire chest day? I would of assumed on follidrex you would want to be pushing much harder for longer

No not at all loll. I just posted the highlight of the workout. I hit all areas of the chest.

I hit chest for a full hour and about 10min. Which is a long time for me. So I hit it hard just wasn't able to catch breath quick and endurance wasn't there.
 
I usually hit 225 at least 10x's but today I wasn't able to.

When u hit chest I usually use the same weight and super set with fly's and today I wasn't able to do that nor hit my rep range.

I did have a good workout though. Not the usual workout I have though.

Woke up at 178.6lbs (+2)

Popped 1 cap of Follidrex 20min pre workout.

Today's legs, some shoulders and biceps (about two sets of each on shoulders and biceps)

Let's see if endurance comes today

Ive got arms day today, although deload week, so nothing to brag out.

SO PUMPED to hit ABE/Xgels/Folli on monday! Getting bloods tomorrow then again after 4 weeks so we can determine what these supps look like on the inside =)

Arms day is pump day lol. Monday it does down for you playa.

Ohh that's good your getting bloods. Def looking forward to that my man.

Day 11 July 31st

Pre workout(20min empty stomach)- 1 cap Follidrex, 1.5g Ara, 2 scoop conquer, 1 scoop NOxygen, 6g GMS

Intra workout- 10g amino iv

Body part trained- Legs, shoulders and some biceps

Endurance- None here. Didn't feel any endurance enhancement. Couldn't catch my breath quick enough to super set or limit rest periods.

Strength- No strength increase

Pumps- As always excellent

Highlight of the day- Overall great workout but not on some other level as last week. I love to superset and to limit rest periods of about 20-30 sec in between sets and couldn't reach that all week. Besides that I am have great workouts.

Note- Muscles are looking fuller. No thermo feeling.

Tomorrow ends week 2 on Follidrex. Let's see the last two weeks and see if it gets better or stays the same.

Body part trained- Full body workout

Endurance- Nothing to report here. Have not felt any risen endurance as of late. I'm having great workouts just not intense in terms of high reps and shorter rest periods.

Strength- Feeling strong on all my lifts

Pumps- Always shinning here. No complaints.

Highlight of the day- Overall great workout. Felt good and killed the gym.

Note- Still no DOMS. Only seeing great pumps and a slight raise in endurance.

Yea I love them too. I superset more often when I don't do cardio.

Ima bulk in like two months and it might have to kiss supersets goodbye for a while. Maybe I'll put it in once per week or once every two weeks.

Gotta love the pumps
 
Day 13 Aug 2nd

OFF day.

Took 1 Cap Follidrex on a empty stomach first thing in the morning.
 
Day 12 Aug 3rd

Pre workout(20min empty stomach)- 1 cap Follidrex, 1.5g Ara, 2 scoop conquer, 1 scoop NOxygen, 6g GMS

Intra workout- 10g amino iv

Body part trained- Shoulders, traps, and biceps

Endurance- Had good endurance while having minimal sleep. Not over the top but good enough

Strength- Has been up. I've been lifting heavier weights but not hitting the high rep ranges. I've been on 6-10 rep range and on last set or two I will drop weight and push another 8-10 reps.

Pumps- excellent. Never complaining here.

Highlight of the day- Overall good endurance, pumps and focus. Time seems to fly when working out lately. Means I'm in the zone.

Today was an off day but decided to go and start the week today.

Damn. I get no complications at all at night. Maybe the only thing I can think of is when I wake up I can stay up even if i slept for 5 hours or so. But to me that's because I had deep sleep.
 
That sounds kinda like what I've been experiencing. I wake up really early and can't fall back to sleep. A couple times it was around 3am. I usually get up at 5:30. It doesn't seem to be affecting my workouts though as they have been great!

It's not a bad thing. So no complaints here. Now if it caused insomnia than we have a issue.
 
Hey more time to get **** done in the day! As Arnold would say "you need 8 hours of sleep? well i would recommend you sleep faster" ;)

Endurance- endurance was slightly above avg. Nothing to really brag about. I was hype to workout this morning so that contributed to some energy.

Strength- Felt strong on every rep and set. Not really testing my strength that much. Trying to keep rep range from 8-12. Was hoping to reach 15 reps but it's not happening.

Pumps- Excellent

Highlight of the day- Overall good workout with good energy, strength, focus and awesome pumps. The time seems to be flying while working out lately.

I do think the hype is part of the reason or my endurance boost also, a lil hype can go a long way ;)

For sure. That helps a lot. When u feel groggy you need lots of caffeine and some mental hypeness. Sometimes I wish I can go to the gym twice per day. But not possible wit me.

At the pool right :-)
