Half life of N03-T nitrates

What is the half life of N03-T nitrates?

Not sure about N03-t, I’m sure someone else might have a better answer, but for dietary nitrates im seeing a common answer of 5-8 hours. Another answer from AHA journal was 3.8 hours.

Nitrates = basically all day. Timing preworkout isn't really relevant.
