I was on top of the game again in the stamina department. With triple supersets and rest-paused sets, you have to be! Very quick recovery in-between sets and I was able to hit everything I set out to. I even managed to cut the rest times down a little from what Heath gave me, because I just felt so good. :thumbsup:

Eh...Okay. Not sure why, but I had a lot on my mind. Still felt great. My mind kind of wandered in between sets though. SO much crap to worry about. This was another reason I cut down the rest between sets. It allowed me to stay focused instead of thinking about non-consequential things.

Good day at the gym. Strength gains are still coming along in full force, which is great. I'm looking forward to getting some BB Bench in at some point to see how far I have come on it without really training it. I feel stronger than ever all around. Very very pleased.

Muscular endurance is also at an all time high. I can take 45 seconds to a minute in-between sets and hit, or nearly match reps from the prior set, with the same weight. I am always able to push myself that much further.

Everything else is going well too. I feel great energy wise, health wise, etc...Diet is spot on (as usual). Looking forward to Thanksgiving though...TURKEY + Sweet Potatoes BABY! It will be my first cheat meal in....5 months maybe. Looking forward to it!

Pretty nice strength day. Hard to tell exactly where it was, as I supersetted the entire upper-body and went through the cycle five times. Felt great the first times and then after that it was all mental toughness. Definitely felt strong though.

Yes, 6 stars. I guess doing 80 pullups and different bicep exercises, as well as chest with other tricep stuff will pump you up, but this was NOT normal. I was so full that even after my first cycle, I could already feel my skin stretched tightly.

Honestly, I have NEVER had this good of a pump. The training certainly had a lot to do with it, as well as the Intrabolic and RPM. Incredible combo.

Absolutely great shoulder workout. Hit everything from multiple angles and with exercises I have never done before. Crazy.

Great Great strength today. Smith Machine shoulder presses were crazy strong today. Everything else was very good too, considering they were done as a part of 3 exercises "circuits".

Good as always. On my last set of Shoulder Presses, I had to fight for the second rep....I ended up getting 4 with 155. Felt incredible to push myself to the edge...and then over it.

Plus, even with the circuit style training, I was able to hit the same weights, for the same reps each time through. Very nice.

Holy F***. I know I say this every damn time, but that workout was one of the hardest in my life. Absolutely GREAT stuff. Every time I hit the gym, I push it further and further. This workout was no exception. I was dripping sweat like none-other by the end and the circuit style had my heart pounding. Awesome.

Usually I don't rate this on metabolics, but my squats were DAMN strong today, very impressive, especially since they were done 3 times (separately) each circuit with other leg stuff mixed in. I really feel like my squat strength took a huge jump up from last time.

I hit everything I wanted to again and with higher weights than I expected. I was thrilled with everything and endurance was rocking. I pounded and pounded my legs, but I kept coming back for more and getting extra reps.

Awesome workout today. Started off with a strength based bench and then moved on to more supersetted stuff to finish off chest and hit arms. Great workout overall.

10 Pound PR + Reps on Flat Bench today! And that was without a spotter, probably could have gone even higher, but I was alone, so I didn't want to end up killing myself. It felt so good in fact, that for a second I questioned whether or not this gym's olympic bar was actually 45 pounds...They told me it was. I'll have to see when I get back to school, because DAMN, I felt strong.

Arms felt great as well, and I got some great stimulation from some slow eccentric bicep work, heavy tricep work, and some good forearm stuff too.

Very good. Even after hitting chest, my tri's felt great and I got some great gains on a couple things, along with a major rest-paused set for tri's. Biceps felt good as well. Endurance all around was very solid. Strength was up the entire time.

Whew...All this eating over the past couple days has payed off in the gym. I've had some serious energy and strength. I was waiting for my step-mom after I finished, so I even hopped onto the bike and biked for 30 minutes low intensity. Felt great and really loosened my legs up.

I pumped for tomorrow, but sad at the same time, because I have to go back to the Gym at school versus this incredible Washington Sports club....O well. I'll live.

Little late in getting this up. Back workout on sunday was very mediocre. Probably the first bad workout I have had in a while. I just wasn't in it at all.

Legs Today were MONEY though. Another great circuit with heavy ass squats, supersetted with lunges, more lunges, and leg extensions. HELL YES!

My two rep max at the END of the circuit for squats was 200, so I can only imagine where it was at the beginning. Felt GREAT.

First off, the Shoulders and Arms workout was CRAZY~~! Absolutely awesome workout with some new stuff I had never done before. Strength was there, endurance was there, boulders and guns were there too.

Today was going to be off, but I wanted to do something so Heath hit me with a lower metabolic. All I can say is OUCH. This one involved a good deal of running...which I suck at. I can fight through pain and today, the pain was in the form of abdominal cramps...O well.

Lets see here. Curls are getting damn strong. 90 Pound EZ bar curls 8 times. :sick::sick::sick:Definite PR for me. Shoulders were great too. Push press is still moving up!

Yesterday was a great day. As you guys know, I did HORRIBLY on my econ midterm, which I was positive was going to kill my chance at a 4.0, which I have been shooting for. Anyways, I got my second test in econ back...100% baby. I got 43/45 and the next closest person in a class of 42 got 35/45, so he dropped two questions from everyones test. HELL YEAH BABY! Now all I need is a B+ on the final to pull out an A.

Time to focus on Art History now (paper this weekend) and pull out an A in that. Wish me luck.

Friday was chest/back VOLUME day baby! This workout was one of the most intense upper body workouts I have ever had. I was hitting parts of my chest and back that I didn't even know I HAD! Really hit every musle fiber today. GREAT feeling.

Things are moving along nicely in this respect. Incline DB's are up again. All of my pulls feel great. Barbell bench was even strong today as a part of a larger circuit.

Great endurance as usual. I was able to really push myself all the way to the end.

I will say however that this workout killed me unlike anything else I've done in a while. When I finished, I was ready to be DONE. I could not have given it any more with 100% intensity.

Another crazy shoulders and arms day. Had some really great circuits today. Push Press is up to 135...YEAH! Everything else felt GREAT. Did some crazy 20 and 16 rep sets for triceps to really kill them today, along with more slow eccentric bicep work. Great workout all the way around.

By FAR the best back workout I think I have ever had. Absolutely crazy back to back sets with rep ranges as high as 18! I was absolute toast by the end, but it was FUN.

Back to five stars here! Rack Pullups with a 45 for 15 reps was nice. Everything else felt great too and even on the 18 and 15 rep sets, I used some surprisingly high weight.

The leg workout was miserable as usually, which left me gasping for air at every moment! It was a mental and physical test, but God dammit, I passed.

Chest/Arms was today. One of the most fun workouts I have ever done. Incredible exercises + supersets! Give me MORE like that Heath!

Five stars for both! Squats are going up once again. The rest of leg day was less strength and more of a high volume endurance routine. I tell you what though, I have never felt such a DEEP burn in my quads.

The improvement was nice, seeing as a month ago I was at 75X4!
