Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Cycle update:

My blood pressure is way out of range:
Morning: 158/90
Midday : 180/121
Evening: 165/113

Dropping all AAS would take too long to modify this, so I googled around and found something very interesting:

Telmisartan

It's a BP reducing drug with some interesting side effects.

I got me some at the local pharmacy (no prescription needed in Bananaland) and popped one.
Will keep you all informed how this goes.

to bad this country is so third world about prescription drugs!!!

I wish it was 3rd world about Rx drugs... I gotta get my SERMS and ancillaries from India lol

I have been doing a little looking and have definitely noticed this trend....lol

so I take my wife to the ER, doc examines her and said he hears rails or something like that....he says she has pneumonia but will HAVE to run blood test and do an x-ray to confirm....4 hours later we leave the hospital with a prescription for antibiotics-yes she has pneumonia!!!

how much simpler and CHEAPER would it have been to go to a pharmacy and tell them her symptoms and get antibiotics straight from the pharmacy!!!!!

better yet, how about just diagnosing the damned pneumonia and bypassing stupid, expensive tests???? no wonder medical care in this country is so expensive!!!!

Sadly, the postal office is the least efficient here. Can't send "bananas" anywhere.

Private freight forwarders work well, but only move stuff "in" -not "out".

Can't recommend to anyone coming over here, unless you want to use cheap labor -or you have already a fixed income from outside.
Besides, nothing interesting here... all there is is termite mounts and palm trees.
If global warming is true and sea level rises, we may get ocean access after half of Brazil has drowned, LOL.

used to watch the flying cockroaches bounce off the walls in the phillipines, you have those there?

You are partly right here.

If it were here:
The "doc" would hear the "rails" and prescribe 2 different antibiotics (because he does that EVERY TIME, no matter if its lungs, azz, or anything), period.
Your wife would be dead if it were an Pulmonary embolism, because the doc is an idiot.

We have the "sitting-desk-cockroaches" here. Doing nothing but stealing your stuff and getting paid by the state.

Seriously, peptides for gains are junk, that is my final verdict.

T3 I don't gonna touch. It can be anabolic -and/or catabolic, why use it?
My go for a cut would be:
-Melanotan 2 for appetite suppression
-ECA/DMAA
-Anavar -or T-bol at 40-50mg/day
-test not higher than 500mg/w

I'm still experimenting with all kind of stuff.
Here the preliminary rules -and compounds I figured apparently work well for me:

Test: I use it only as base and let other compounds shine. If I go higher on test, sides get bad (high BP, prostate, e2, bloat)
Anavar: very nice for cutting -or recomp, no perceived sides, expensive
Trest/Ment: Awesome bulker, very stubborn e2 conversion, only with ralox and/or letro on hand
LGD: good bulker, low sides for me
NPP: best of the best for bulk, only with prami/caber
T-bol: verdict on it shortly -but have the feeling it will be one of the best to run with all cycles

Considered bad for me:
D-bol: toxic, makes me ill
Winstrol: gives me sides mid-cycle
Tren: worst sides ever
Masteron: never felt it, did nothing
Deca: kicks in when cycle is over (too late)
EQ: ups RBC too much, will not use

We all respond different, whats bad for me- maybe good for you.

I didn't know that melanotan 2 helped with appetite. How good of a job does it do? That's injectable only, right?

nah...the symptoms were more than obvious....you get a medical degree you should be able to diagnose something as simple as pneumonia with how she described symptoms!!!

Yes, pinning only and for most people one of the best appetite suppressant. Not all tolerate Melanotan 2 well. About 50% complain about nausea after pinning -and some don't get the libido -or anorexic effect.

Here you get your medical degree even without studying, that's the problem, LOL

the problem is people go there to get a medical degree---then come here to practice!!!!

Nah, I doubt that, LOL.
But I got your point.

Germany does not accept a medical degree issued in Paraguay. A Paraguayan doc has to re-study medicine in Germany if he wants to work there.
To retaliate, Paraguay does not accept a German medical degree either. (no kidding)
No hope a good German doc attending here soon.

HG are you using a proper blood pressure machine that uses a cuff? Not Wrist style, right? Does the cuff fit properly? Very concerning BP readings. Be careful man.

Have the wrist style. It's a hassle to get a correct reading from the wrist. Hand and arm position has to be exact. I took it once to my pharmacy (they take your pressure) to check. Some slight variations between the two.
Yes, the readings are most worrisome, that's why I acted immediately. I had all signs for high BP, head ache, dizzy, perceived inter cranial pressure, shortness of breath. Today 152/93. Very good considering I took only one dose yesterday.

hairygrandpa you looking for an ACE inhibitor ?
No, I'm taking Telmisartan now and it's already working. Next step would be looking for hydrochlorothiazide if BP stays up.
Are you taking BP meds?

NO BP meds. Mine is a little high, I use nicotine (Vape) and drink a lot of coffee. When I took FD.2 it actually kept my blood pressure down in the good range. I don't know a whole lot about FD.2 but I cycle it 8 weeks on 8 weeks off and it has helped in a few areas that I wouldn't think it would.
lost a little fat, gained muscle, BP down, Woodies rock hard, Hair and nails grow fast,(what hair i have left) mood was great, endurance goes up. ect.... hell I might be missing a few things. not saying it will do this for you but it does for me.

Good recommendation for after the cycle!
The high BP is AAS induced. High RBC and holding some water is the culprit. No natural remedy -or supplement can lower 180/120.
Tuesday I gonna donate blood again -meanwhile taking a diuretic and telmisartan. If BP does not fall into the green numbers in 5-7 days, I'll pull the plug on the cycle, as working out would be risky too.
Currently BP is 160/90.

Should be good for PCT. not recommending that this will lower your BP. Just saying it lowered mine and it has stayed lower. Don't know if it did this for anyone else. Only problems I have heard is some people have GI issues with it.

How did you feel while doing this? Concerned about your BP being so high. You getting head aches?

How did you feel while doing this? Concerned about your BP being so high. You getting head aches?

Called it : "High BP workout" as a reminder for later on, that BP was not in range while working out, I use the log as a diary and reference -but the days before:
Head aches, feeling pressure in skull , dizzy, arrhythmia, felt like fainting, trouble breathing (pressure in chest).

BP is not critical anymore, I'm watching it closely.

Cycle update:

Was about to pin the next dose of NPP.
Made up my mind and concluded that at my age, one should be more careful.
Decided to drop NPP and go on a cruise until all values and parameters are in a healthy range again.

Test is at 175mg/week, will keep a moderate dose of T-bol for some weeks, as it is not known for causing high BP -or influence RBC significantly.

Will try to lose some of the hip tire while cruising, upping cardio and cutting on carbs.

Smart move! Live to fight another day!!

Good move my brother! Don't want you ending up in a banana land emergency room!

Thank you all for your support! Awesome community here on AM!

Today was another "pump-day" at the gym.

Did any exercise that came to my mind, enjoying the pump and the moving muscles in the mirror.

BP is now in almost normal range 142/85, feeling much better and ready to go to the farm for fishing and harvesting.
To all a joyful weekend !

Some pics with cycle results:

-one armed back exercises seem to work awesomely for back -and arm development
-gained 0.5inch on arms, now at 18.6inch (right) 18.2 inch (left)
-have to cut, I'm way too fat....
-have to shave front and back, damn

Epitalon

Going to start my Epitalon cycle today, as it may benefit me in normalizing overall blood values, besides of it's supposed rejuvenating action:

Epitalon effects

Experimental and clinical studies of Epitalon showed the following pharmaclogical properties of Epithalamin (Epitalon):

-Telomerase activation (consequently, elongation of Telomeres)
-regulates neuroendocrinous system
-increases the hypothalamic sensitivity to the endogenous hormonal effects
-decrease or suppression of proliferative changes in vaginal epithelium and endometrium in anovulatory phase
-normalization of gonadotropic hormones levels (FSG, LG, prolactin)
-positive influence on peripheral haemodynamics: improvement of blood rheology, decrease of intravessel thrombogenesis
-regulation of the levels of reactants in the acute inflammation phase (c3-component of the complement, pre-albumin, C-reactive protein, alpha-orosomucoids
-normalization of T-cell immunity
-normalization of aqua-electrolyte balance indices
-normalization of uric acid levels
-normalization of Cholesterol
-rejuvenation / strengthening of the immune system
-inhibition of spontaneous and induced carcinogenesis (tumor prevention)

Will be interesting...

Getting pretty freakin huge hgp!! Looks like I need to start me some of them one arm rows

Getting pretty freakin huge hgp!! Looks like I need to start me some of them one arm rows

Please try them out! Range of motion is vastly increased and they hit much harder the back muscles.
Besides, any change in exercise is fun, IMHO. Enjoy!

Second day on Epitalon.

Sources on the internet said that Epitalon comes with a hurtful PIP, this is either bullsh1t -or my Epitalon is fake.
It supposedly affects melatonin. Gave me vivid dreams and I had a hart time to get out of bed.

The good:
BP is down to 138/73 since I dropped NPP.
The steady decline in BP tells me, that besides RBC and water retention, NPP may heighten BP by other means too.

The bad:
Since yesterday my knees ache again. Dropping NPP and the diuretic I took to control BP made it worse.

That kind of workout is called by others: "milking the gains".
Thank you for the heads up! The "keep it entertaining" part, like giving milk is unintentional, LOL.

Seems like something everyone should take, any side effects? Also how is it administered?

Insulin syringe sub-q -but can be used intro-nasal at higher dosage. As far as I know, all studies were done pinning it. No sides, besides some sleep interference by melatonin stimulation.

This stuff is "grey area", as most of the studies were done by Russians and peer reviews are lacking. To give Russians some credit so does: Noopept and Phenibut, both work well and the Russians got it right.

If all claims are true, this could be the holy grail of life extension at an affordable price.

I'm doing a 10 day cycle of 10mg/day (2x 5mg).
Trying to get my hands on N-acetyl-Epitalon-Amidate, enhanced Epitalon that permeates better the blood-brain barrier, supposedly rejuvenating brain cells too.

Chest is looking massive! Brother.

cant wait to see the outcome of this cycle

Donated blood again.

RBC still high, male nurse asked me if I smoke, because blood seemed thick to him.

All that tells me, I'm doing it right. Will donate again next month. NPP is out of the system, blood viscosity should improve from now on.

how is your iron and other markers (that tend to go down with frequent donations)?

LMAO !
Bulking is officially over because of ultra high BP and high RBC.

The Epitalon cycle, well, I guess nothing noticeable will happen, as it supposedly works for months on a cellular level.
I'm aiming to look as young as Brandinooooo in about 2 years -having to show my id when buying liquor.
