hey man...I have been really busy and haven't been keeping up with your log, just wanted to let you know that I think you are making amazing progress[gainz]!!!:notworthy:

Cut is still going strong, I highly recommend Melanotan 2. The fat burning -and appetite suppression is better than any other stuff I tried.
Had some BBQ and fruits this weekend, a glass of vodka too. I stayed out of the sun. Sunburn does not hurt anymore, guessing the Melanotan helps to convert some of the burn into a tan.

Thank you, still can't see my abs but I'm confident to get there in the next 2 weeks.
What I heard is that no other form of application, besides injecting works, there is a nasal spray too -but reviews say it's worthless.
Pinning with the insulin syringe is painless -like acupuncture.
I was needle shy in the past -and I still am when looking at bigger needles.
Hopefully you find the courage to pin, lots of good stuff out there, like healing peptides.

Current stats, cycle, health:

Health and diet:
I'm still cutting (recomping), currently at 214lbs.
Shoulder never returned to 100% functionality even after a month on TB-500 -and after the BPC.
It is better to a point I'm pleased with, allowing me to do enough exercises to strengthen every muscle.
Arthritic knees got pronounced better after TB-500.

Diet is :

-mainly protein shakes on off days with a slice of whole wheat bread + tuna
-shakes and a post workout meal on gym days
-solid food, mainly meat on weekends -with some fruit and alcohol to socialize
-staying well below 2000 kcal at any time

Training:

Down to 3 times a week, not following a particular program, going by instinct and what the shoulder allows.
Strength is there but experiencing fast onset of fatigue early into training, due to diet.

Cycle:

No other than:
-500mg test e (2x 250mg/week)
-50mg Trest pre workout
-50mg Anavar
-Melanotan 2 for fat loss and tanning (unbelievable appetite suppression)
-Adex 0.5mg every 3 days

Hahaha!!! I see that now. Funny thing is, were doing Fire prevention education this week, with K-2nd grade. Part of the class, is having them pick up a phone and dial 911, tell me they have an emergency, their name and address. They literally have NO idea how to use the phone. They dont understand how to pick up the receiver and push actual buttons because all they know is smart phones.

Yes indeed. Assuming youve seen the movie National Lampoons Vacation, theres a part where they ride through a "rough" neighborhood and clark says "Roll em up" referring to he windows. My son, about 9 at the time said "roll what up? What does he mean?" It dawned on me that hes only ever seen power windows. Lol

LOL, I had smartphones before but they broke easily, now I have that rugged, water- and shock prove thingy.
Since I don't use any social media, I'm happy with it, fished it once out of a toilet, still works...but the usb port smells funny
