Could it be the Raloxifene or the creatine I just started taking? Been taking Ralox for awhile now and noticed some thinning, but way more thinning this last haircut.

It's not a known side, bit then ralox isn't prescribed for men clinically. If you're genetically disposed to mpb (which you probably are) then anything that affects your hormones can cause issues.
It's also just as likely, maybe moreso that the timing is pure coincidence and you're just naturally balding.
