hairloss dht nettle question

If I take stano or any dht based steroid and take stinging nettle to prevent hairloss is this going to in turn make the steroid I'm taking useless?

I read stinging nettle and saw palmetto taken together can interfere with the production of dht but does this really serve a purpose when your body is being supplied it via the steroid and not producing it itself?
