hair loss supps/herbs?

hey guys i hope this was the right place to put this post. But anyways I'm 23 and my hair has been thinning since i was like 20. I started using a genaric form of rogain and also propecia back then but later stopped using the propecia cuz i just didn't want to use a medicine with so many side effects for the rest of my life. I came here with this question cuz every where you go the the internet they try selling you some bottle of crap for outrageous prices. So if you guys have any tips of herbs or legit products that would be great to stop and re-grow hair or stimulate growth and thickness that would be great.

If you don't want to use finasteride anymore, how's abuout Nizoral 2%? And herbal wise, there's been some good word on Toco8. I've never tried it but it seems to get favorable reviews. I, myself, use Fina and Niz.

I use toco 8 and have noticed that my hair hasnt been shedding like it used to. I also recommend reading the hair loss prevention thread i use several products from there and its inexpensive and works. Dr Lee will hook you up.
 
Purus labs organ shield. Has a lot of herbal supps for hair loss plus good for liver. I've been balding for a long time and started taking this for liver support and I swear I see more hair and darker hair.
