Hack Squats, leg press, extensions. How big can your legs get?

If a person was to pick 5 different leg exercises and do them once per week, with challenging weight and high intensity, would this give them good results?

Hack Squats, Hamstring curls, Leg extensions, Leg Presses, and seated Calf raises. Guy isn't looking to have enormous legs but does want legs that get noticed in the gym and outside of the gym. Lets just say the look that the average person would think he competed even though he doesn't. Basically anywhere he goes to workout he will have the best looking legs in the place. Unless of course he is training at a real hardcore bodybuilding gym.
 
Squats, leg press, walking weighted lunges, lying leg curls, quad extensions.

I train calves on a separate day.
 
Glute Ham Raises all the way! Then lunges, squats, bulgarian split squats, leg presses.

Watch them grow :)
 
Squats, leg press, hamstring curls, calve raises (seated and standing alternating to hit both parts of the rear calf), and tibialis raises
