Ok here we go........ Day one of the cycle

hdrol - 50/75/75/75/75/75
winabol0/0/300/300/300/300


Looking to decrease bodyfat and increase strength

Weight - 205lbs
Bodyfat - 14%
Total cals per day - 3800, 6 clean meals a day, no garbage

My weight routine will be a tweaked version of a 3 day a week westside routine

Bench - 365
Squat - 415
Deadlift - 520

Cardiovascular routine
My own strongman like obstacle course 2 days a week
70 reps of power cleans
pushing a wheelboro with moderate weight for a total of 500 yards
70 reps of lunges up a 45 degree hill......... This will be timed each day

I'll update you each week, b/c im pretty busy right now and wont have time to log it on here everyday
 
update.

everythings going good as far as sides, doesnt even feel like im on cycle.

weight pretty much stayed the same and im starting to look a little bit leaner, i didnt take my bodyfat measurment, i'll do that in the last week

definately have gotten stronger, i hit a 405 off a 2 board for a double and today i hit a 20lb pr on my zercher squats

so im pretty happy thus far as its going, cant wait till i start stacking the winabol next monday
 
update.

strength is continuing to climb, did reps today instead of a DE day b/c i was feeling good and put up 350 for 4x6 on raw flat bench like it was fukin peanuts

waistlines still the same.
didnt weigh myself in the morning like i usually do, just weighed myself a little bit ago and im up 3 lbs, we'll see what i weight tom. morning then.

Im hoping my strength continues to go threw the roof.
 
just started the winabol yesterday.
definately can tell a difference in muscle hardness.
lifted heavy on monday, woke up today and the joints were feeling it, they feel better now but I'm going to go light with high reps the rest of the week and if it keeps bothering me on heavy days I'm going to switch my rep scheme to 3x10
