I've been reading threads here for a long time and never really took the time to post one of my own i am gonna start by saying any help anyone has matters to me critize me or not i take it all in and gather info now im 6'1 183 on a good day at 12.5% body fat. I lift 4 to 5 days a week switch up my routines and bust my ass in the gym my problem in i cant brake the 185 barrior my strength is going up steadly but i cant really put much mass on in my upper body my lower bodys great due to being a pitcher all my life and i was one of those dumbasses who about a year ago went staright to mdrol and believe me it was a hate love effect it had on me i took script nolva and everything but the sides were killer now that was my only ph experiance but i am really thinking of trying H-Drol but if i am gonna feel like **** coming off of it or have mood swings like a chick count me out. I guess i am just asking for some help on what to dose and what effects it has had on people who took it. I am always reseaching supps but sometimes the givin info doesnt suit your needs and thats where i am at any help?
