New to forum:

Like everyone else I'm trying to get in shape for New Years Eve. I use to life pretty hard and got to 215 with about 9% at 6'3". I took the original Halodrol when it first came out years ago. Since then I have gotten out of shape. Probably 6'3" 215 but 15-% huge loss in muscle mass. I was wondering if someone could direct me to something that is similar and also the proper PCTs.

I know that H-Drol is the same compound so I planned on taking that. I Plan on lifting 5 Days on and 2 days off. With 3-4 Days worth of cardio mixed in.

Also, A proper workout regime? Its been awhile but Id like to lose at least 10-13lbs before 12/25. Gotta try and get laid for new years.

Can someone Please Help?

Thanks

I would suggest figuring out the right workout scheme and diet first. This may take some time, and you want to utilize muscle memory to make gains, not steroids.

But that being said, most h-drol cycles are 6 weekes in length with 50 mg per day the first week and 75 mg per day following. How you personally will allow you to make the decision to bump to 100 mg per day. There really is no benefit to going higher than that. This means you would need 3 bottles of h-drol, though id personally suggest helladrol.

Your oct should include a serm for optimal recovery. Nolva/clomid are the popular ones. Read around these forums for peoples proposed cycles/pcts. You can learn a lot.

Whats the difference between h-drol and helladrol? Also, I got some liver support(LiverShield), a multi(MYO Vite), NKO, and a daily cleanse(MegaCleanse). I mean I played D1 Baseball for 4 years. SO its not like I haven't stayed in some type of shape. Just not where I use to or want to be. What regime is popular? 3 days on 1 off 3 on for working out?

Helladrol and h-drol contain the same compound. They are both clones of the original halodrol 50 by gaspari. Helladrol is the most economic purchase.

I personally workout 5 days a week and do a Bodybuilding type split. Mon/wed/fri schemes are popular as well as mon/tues off thurs/fri. The goals you have in mind are important to creating the right type of workout plan.

Ya that makes sense.
I was thinking about back biceps with 20 cardio on monday.
Chest Triceps and shoulders Tuesday.
Legs with 40 min cardio on wednesday.
Take Thursday off.
Back biceps forarms with 30 cardio on friday.
Chest triceps shoulders and abs on saturday.
Off sunday then repeat?
Also how many calories are necessary?
When should I start this and do the PCT to be done with everything on 12/25?
