If its your first time and have not experience with PH, then go for H-Drol.

h-drol-----------mild, good (from what i've read)

m-drol-----------HARSH, GREAT (from what i know)

just how far down the rabbithole do you wanna go?:twisted:

but on a serious not, you will yield great gains from both, i imagine. they have their pros/cons.
