H-Drol / Katanadrol Stack? Lean Mass Gain

Hey so I've been watching from the sidelines on these forums trying to learn about PH's and how they work, what's good, what's bad, etc. I've run several natty test boosters in the past, but think I'm ready for my first PH. I've read that H-Drol is a good beginner cycle to run, and can be stacked with Katanadrol. I'm 6'2 190 lbs and I'm going for lean mass gains, I want to increase hardness and vascularity and have "dry" gains. I'd like to gain maybe 10-20 more pounds, but stay as cut as I am right now. I'm working on getting a SERM and plan to use cycle assist/PCT assist. Anyone have suggestions on dosing for H-Drol and Katanadrol? I'm thinking:
H-Drol 50/50/75/75/75/75
K-Drol 350/350/350/350/350/350
 
looks standard dosing to me...
 
What about workout regiment? I've read mixed reviews on this. I was planning 3x a week cardio before lifting, and then a rotation of chest/back, legs/bi's, shoulder/tri's and one day off with abs every other day or so, then repeat. So a 4 day cycle. I usually run a 7 day cycle, but I've read with the increased recovery time I can double up on some parts of the body and essentially work them twice a week.
 
yes but I wouldnt do cardio before weights... there are mixed views on this but I would save cardio for off days or maybe some light cardio after lifting.
