H-drol first cycle

Hey all, Im going to start a cycle of hdrol. Lots of research and using search functions I've got what I think is a decent idea of what Im doing. Just want to see if I am correct and have a few questions.

I am going to run 50/50/75/75/100/100. I had planned on using protien powder, centrum for a multi, Flax Seed, and liv.52. I recently read up about Cycle Assist and it does have milk thistle and hawthorne berry in it, and was wondering which one would be better, or is it a preference thing.

I have not yet got a diet down, I have a buddy who is going to sit with me this weekend and show me what I need to be eating and amounts etc, yet he does not use PH or others so he is not able to help me with what Im coming to you all for.

How does this cycle look so far, with the supplements and supports I have chosen as well. Also is there anything that I would need different in my diet than my buddy who is not cycling?

As far as PCT I only know that I will continue the supplements and add a SERM, which I have yet to decide on. I am still researching that a little more, but it seems that Nolva is the option of choice for this PH.

Thanks, and any input is well appreciated.

What cycle support you use is your preference as long as it has enough milk thistle to protect the liver and enough supplements to keep your BP down.

For your diet just make sure you get enough calories and the right ratio of macro nutrients for your goals (i.e. bulking, recomp, cutting) as well as around 300+ grams of protein.

Nolva is a great choice for a serm but then again everyone has their preference. I run Nolva at the 20/10/10/10 protocol. Just make sure you get a good test booster to run along with your SERM. You can also throw in TCF-1 in your PCT.

Oh and don't forget to READ! There are tons of threads out there that will answer your questions. That's why no one is replying. I'm not trying to be a jerk, i'm really not, but every month there's probably 15 new threads asking the exact same questions you just asked.

I don't doubt it, same goes for the mustang forums i'm a member of, i even posted in one thread that i used your search function quite extensively. Before I came to this site I didn't have any idea what a pct was, or a serm, and so on. I've done alot of reading, but now that I have more specific questions, they need specific answers.

Specific questions are always welcome. So what are your specific questions?

^^^

That was mostly what my question was that I needed answered, the rest of the post was to give an idea of what I was doing so that it might help give a better understanding to help answer that question.

But yea, not alot of help to noobies on this website, so man I appreciate your time, thanks.

whats the best test booster to run after your done with your hdrol cycle?

been looking at t-bomb,test pro by anabolic inovations dont know witch one to take..

pct

nolva

t-bomb or test pro

animal stak

jacked or 1.mr

dark matter

cycle support

T bombs are junk. I would get Testapro and real Novla. Run the Nolva 20/20/10/10. Start the Testapro during the 3rd wk of nolva so your running both for about 10 days.

Take cycle support 2 wks pre cycle, and finish it during PCT, so you will need 2 bottle. Take DarkMatter during PCT to help preserve gains, you dont want it durings cycle because it has creatine which yout want to save until PCT to take.

Thank God you're doing your research before jumping into this. I know a guy I recently met at the gym who had run Fina 550 (SD and Tren) with no supports for 6 weeks. He came off it for two weeks and ran it again for three weeks, and is using Prime as his PCT. I tried to talk to him about all this a few days ago as he's a good guy, and even gave him links for a couple of reputable research chem sites, but to no avail.

Keep researching and asking questions!

Thanks for the support seunim. I am about to order the CA and the hdrol, so that I can start preloading the CA. Still tryin to find out if i need liv.52 in addition to CA, looks like census is that its not needed but cant hurt. Also found out you need to start taking the supports 2 weeks before you start the cycle.

The buddy who was going to sit with me and do diet has been busy so looks like I'm going to be doing alot of searching for 'diet' so that I can get some better ideas on what to and not to intake. I know I need to eat less, more often, instead of more, less often. Continuous eating of the right foods all day seems to be the way to go, besides overloading protien. I mean yea tuna, shakes, peanut butter, bananas, chicken, things like that. But I know thats way too broad and not nearly complete.

It has been quite an interesting learning process besides when I originally thought I could grab some PH and just pound away at the gym.

You definitely want the diet on point if you want to see maximum gains. Just use the search function on this site and search for either a recomp or bulking diet or bulking ratio etc., whichever it is you want to do.

You should be able to come up with a good game plan where you're eating around 6-7 times a day. You just want to make sure you have the right ratio of protein, carbs, and fat for you height and weight.

Also, I would throw in the liv52 just for extra protection, but that's me. Besides, it's not really that expensive.

I knew I had saved something on the topic of diet. Here's an excert:

For bulking, you want to be around 18 Calories per pound, plus about 200 Calories to bring it above maintenance, of LEAN body mass from what I have found, or LBM (so your total weight minus the weight of your fat, so multiply 210 by .20 (or whatever your body fat percentage is) and subtract that from your total to give you lean body mass).

Protein should be around 1.5g/LBM
Carbs should be around 2g/LBM
and the rest fat

Protein and carbs are 4 kcal per gram and fat is 9 kcal per gram. Find out your total caloric intake, and then subtract the calories from protein and carbs to find the amount of fat calories you need, and then divide that by 9 to see how many grams per day it is.

You should be eating about 6 to 8 equal meals a day, so this "snack" business should be replaced with actual meals. Eat about every 2 to 3 hours. Split the calories/food equally between them.
