H-drol cycle

I started my hdrol cycles 8 days ago. So far very little has happened. My weight has fluctuated from 180 (starting weight) - 184 and it is currently sitting at 181.

I am consuming about 3500-4000 cals a day and training hard. Am I right in thinking hdrol tends to start producing results in the second week?

Just wondering if I need to change anything to get the best out of my cycle.

Currently on 5o per day. Thinking of upping that to 75 for weeks 4 & 5.
 
takes about three weeks to kick in. whats your weight and your goals? whats your maintence calories? i wouldnt be too worried about weight. look in the mirror. take a few pictures once a week. weight changes so much from day to day and not accurate enough to determine what kind of gains you are making.
 
Weight is 181. Which I think gives 2534 as maintenance (lbs x 14).

Ideally add about 8 - 10 pounds. Hopefully lose some flab along the way.

The long term goal is to either get to about 196 pounds then get ripped (which should take me down to about 180) or get to a lean 196 pounds (which will mean getting to about 210 at a guess).

At times I think I have leaned out a bit and am big, othertimes I feel small and fat! I think everyone gets that though.

So if it takes that long I should really take the cycle into a 5th week.
 
you can go 6 weeks on it if you want. next time i run it i will do 6 weeks at 75mg-100mg. i would suggest just going for a lean bulk though. hdrol would be a good choice for that. if you bulk up and then cut you are bound to lose some amount of muscle. plus you wont get that feeling you are getting fat on a lean bulk. that just my .02 cents

if you maint is 2500 then i would shoot for 3250 and adjust from there. if you are adding on an extra 1500 calories above maint then thats over 10,000 calories extra a week.:jaw:
 
I am eating that much as I fairly easily put on about 20 pounds since Christams then the gains just stopped in the last month or so. I have mixed up my training and started eating more without much change.

I also play a lot of football (soccer) and run a bit. So the extra calories help.

Dude, how many cycles have you done? You need to be paitent, look at some H-drol logs, on average it starts working between the 3rd and 4th week. Thats why most people run it 5-6 weeks.(This is not a recomedation). Again be paitent, more isn't always better.
 
I'm 26. Been traiing for years. I have taken 1 & 4 AD before and superdrol ng.

I'll be patient, just wanted to make sure I was on the right lines.
 
my advice is be more patient and dont get the mindset that you are on "cycle". you start expecting miracles when you are in the on "cycle " mindset.

Also i still suggest lean bulking. i feel so much better now that i try to put on lean mass now instead of just bulking.

adjust diet before you adjust your dosage of h-drol
